This is his name? Like...for real? His name is Wierd? Like...Weird?

Weird.

lol I didn't even notice. Yes that's his name.
But he is from Leeuwarden. That is in Friesland. Which has their own language which I don't even understand one word from.
They also wanted to be a independent country separate from Holland, fuckcases.
They are a bit weird over there but they do know hella lot about maritime though.

The Soviet Union use to take care of this problem by putting a tactical nuke down the hole and detonating it. Closed it right up.

BP is trying to put this cap on it not to save the environment, but because they want to keep collecting the oil.

Fuck it close that bitch up and tell them to charge it to the game. Bill them in full for the clean up. If they don't pay garnish the cost from their taxes. If they don't pay that nationalize the equivalent of the bill.

they (BP) already have two more contracts the Fed. Minerals Management Services granted to them. And these fags feel they shouldn't pay for everything. They need to split the MMS into two halfs...One, a regulating board, the other to handle assigning contracts. BP didn't go through a full and proper safety inspection for this rig, and this is the main reason I believe we have this spill.

street artist/terrorist "banksy's" thoughts on the recent oil spills:

when i look at this pic, all that comes to mind.. "a picture is worth a thousand words" and that art right there makes a very bold political statement. i love his work and his unbridled passion and dedication.

Glad we all argue about so many things but agree this is terrible, its been handled terribly, and the reason its been handled terribly is due to the sole discretion of the powers that be in the situation, resulting in extremely high proportional loss to humans as a whole, our waters and our envoirnment.

Nice look on the Banksy wall. That guy is a sav.

There's a potential solution to the Gulf oil spill that neither BP, nor the federal government, nor anyone — save a couple intuitive engineers — seems willing to try. As The Politics Blog reported on Tuesday in an interview with former Shell Oil president John Hofmeister, the untapped solution involves using empty supertankers to suck the spill off the surface, treat and discharge the contaminated water, and either salvage or destroy the slick

a person who terrorizes or frightens others. hence (again, not my term used here) i agree with the description. if you wanna be picky, yes his art does "frighten" and "cause terror" to some people. obviously none here. its whatever though, this is way off topic.

terrorism usually refers to violent acts which are intended to create fear (terror), are perpetrated for an ideological goal (as opposed to a lone attack), and deliberately target or disregard the safety of non-combatants (civilians).

He is an artist, and as far as I know, he isn't violently hurting anyone nor is he trying to scare (terrorize) anyone.

Again, I wasn't talking to you specifically since the terminology was used in the article or paper or whatever source you got it from, so don't take it personally, I'm just saying the word terrorist is inappropriate in this case and exposes how misused this word has become in today's post 9/11 age.
