@filthdee, ya shit was whacked, but i had probably the bitchiest fuckin probation officer doing my pre-sentencing investigation for the judge. i think she was biased cuz it was against a female as well....all i did that i got the charge on was push these girls off me cuz they were clawin my neck and shit and one flew back no shit like 10-15 feets and smacked her head on a cobblestone ashtray implanted in the sidewalk.... fled the scene and cops came to my place a little bit later charged me with felony assault on 1st degree....was also charged with 3rd degree assault, 5, disorderly conduct, and minor consumption and never before been in any type of trouble.

but once you get into shit like that, you know damn well its guilty til innocent, not vice versa. never ever ever, they feed you lies in your law classes about that
