damn i got around 4 or 5 of those and never paid shit for it....but i cought most of em in colorado so maybe that explanes it....but tha law are pritty much tha same out here as back home....

lol, it was 1 on 2.. i didnt tell em what was up.. i just said they were talkin shit. One of the ratz didnt even get a chance to swing back and was still on the ground when they pulled into the parking lot.. his homie was the one who caught me blindsided and gave me a small bruise near my temple before being pulled off of me by a liqour store clerk..
i been gettin locked up since i was in the second grade.my first case i got was when me and my friends robbed the modesto police impound,we came up on all kind of shit and i was only around 9 years old and got caught a few days later (a so called friend started droppin names and i was the one that broke the window went in and opened the door).every year of my teenage years and my 20s i was locked up.i got tired of doing stupid shit around 25 and slowed the fuck down before i ended up like my dad doing 68 years in the pen.

SINCE IT WAS MY FIRST AFFENCE THEY WAS TRYING TO GIVE ME TWO YEARS STATE. BUT FUCK THAT I GOT BAILED OUT BEFORE ALL THAT
ONLY DID LIKE 1 1/2 WEEKS LOL. LONG STORY SHORT I ONLY GOT FIVE YEARS FELONY PROBATION WITH NO MUTHA FUCKIN STRIKE HAHAHA. SHIT WAZ CRAZY. IM LUCKY THOU.

Got drunk with some bros on the rez we went to town got in a fight with some scraps some big ass three hundred pounder baseball playin white guys takled us we started hit them fuckers with baseball bats and other shit we could find took off back to the rez and got takled by a cop wrestled the cop kicked his ass threw him in a barbwire fence took off his backup let the dog loose i jumped in the river swam down got out ran to the homies house some bitch that seen all us at the park knew our names told police we all got arrested and locked up for assault i got felony fighting with a "peace officer" did 3 years in Y.A.
Naw my lawyer got it dropped to disturbin the peace did 3 months in county juvy and 2 years probation. but the fuckin judge said he wanted to give me 3 years. if i took it to jury.
