shit aint this a bitch im prolly gettin locked up tomorrow for violating probation.....shit let me think

d.u.i-10 days but later got 30 more days for not doin some classes thrown on top of 3 months i was for a 3rd degree asualt charge.....

got a 2nd degree asualt charge i cought that i was facing 5-17 years for a crime of violence but beat that shit up and got it droped ta a 3rd degree asualt....

got two more 3rd degree asualts fot domestic violence with my old lady didnt do much time for those maybe a week or so.....

a couple times for bein hella drunk......only a few days for those

discharge of a fire arm witch go's back ta tha second degree asualt charge,but it got droped eventualy......

child abuse for a domestic i caught fightin with my baby mom and pops,they gave me child abuse kuz my daughter was in tha house....hella dumb

i dont know ive been in for a bunch more petty shit.....

tomorrow im goin ta court for a asualt charge i cought fightin my dad,my moms called tha po's so.....but he aint pressin charges or nothin but i still might do 3 or 6 months just for violating.....

thing is tha county jail out here aint coo for homeboys....skraps is deeeeeppppp.....plus i got a big ass 14 goin down my 4arm so they know what time it is on sight.....fools is deep,shit sucks but thats tha life,i gotta solid homie still in there from salas so if i can find him its all good.....

hope i dont go in but its like a 50% chance i will so......

Neva been locked up and don't plan to.. BUT they say a criminal has offended repeated times before he is caught for the first time. so i can imagine all the shit you fools have done! LOL.. i did my dirt, but its all in the past for me now. can't get caught up. i got a lot to lose, so i think twice before i act.

it varies from state. but in california, it's as little as one year for minor crimes, and up to 7 years for other serious crimes... but murder is unlimited. you can get charged for that even 50 years after you killed someone.

People should make this the "legal" recource thread so if any homeboys have any questions relating to politics or the penal code, someone might help them out here. Just an idea you know.
