How ineffective? 0.1%? 1%? 10%? I want proper citations, not pulling things out of one's ass. Of course there will be no 100% effective vaccine, but this isn't a reason to reject vaccinations. Vaccinations have saved millions of lives since they were introduced, people used to die with the thousands by diseases nobody today even remembers. Of course, in retrospect, this looks like a huge mistake, because all we did this way was multiply the number of morons on the planet, but we didn't know that back in the days...
Old, tired ass bullshit "argument". In case you didn't know, the current state of affairs is such that the people who advocate depopulation are the ones most worth keeping alive when it happens. And it will happen, voluntarily or by natural means, the former one is the much more preferable option.
And right now, we still have a window of opportunity, a rapidly shrinking one though, to do it without actually killing people, all we have to do is stop reproducing. If the TFR goes down to 1 or less than 1, we can smoothly go to a sustainable number of people in about half a century, and then peacefully cut down further to the 500 million or so that we should not exceed. Of course, this will require forced infanticide, abortions and sterilizations because the momentum of ignorance and stupidity is too big to be overcome by any advertising campaign, no matter how big it is, but this will not require killing people (I don't count infanticide as killing people, because a baby is just as much not a person as a fetus isn't, and FYI, it is widespread in places like South Asia right now so it's not like it's something unimaginable).
You do realize that in a world in which all the power is concentrated in the hands of a single group of people, there is no reason for a world war, right?

See, the whole "Vaccinations are bad" movement comes from the massive spread of "junk thought" (i.e. autism symptoms start appearing time after a child has had its first vaccinations, therefore the vaccinations are the reason for autism; never mind that autism was around long before there were any vaccinations and a large portion of the recent surge in autism occurrence is largely due to our ability to diagnose it better and among all children; and even if there is a real increase in autism cases, and there really is, the connection between it and vaccinations is by no means implied, it is exactly like the old joke about how cucumbers will kill you because everybody that eats cucumbers has died; people just need to start using their heads the way they're supposed to be used, i.e. applying elementary logic and proper reasoning) and from people forgetting what these vaccinations brought to society when they were introduced. I am not, I just don't see why those people would want a war. A World War III is the end of the world, absolutely nobody is interested in this. Even a small scale nuclear exchange (say, between India and Pakistan) is likely to mean the end of the world, because the models show that it will destroy the ozone layer over large portions of the globe.

The whole abortion/stem cell debate is very confused, because people focus on what constitutes a human being while they should be focusing on what constitutes a person. A fetus isn't really aware that it is alive and is definitely not a person, and, if you think about, so is the newborn baby.
