Just know when I predict I predict based on what I think can happen and want. I believe Kobe has something to prove and also I believe that the NBA wont let this series go any less than 7 games. I also think Kobe wont give them any choice.

Lakers in four you bitchesss.

lakers will be too much for boston. ray allen is under too much presure off the court, and kg might as well play small forward. and the pistons were depleted. thats the only reason that series didnt go 7. celtics run out of gas with zero bench help.

lakers in 6.
kobe gets the triple crown. league mvp, series mvp, and THE RING!

Let's see how the teams met up in the Finals:

Lakers crushed the Nuggets 4-0, defeated a very good Utah team 4-2 (Utah was one of the best teams at home), and rolled over the champs from last year the Spurs 4-1.

Celtics barely got by both the Hawks and Cavs 4-3, and beat a good Piston team 4-2 but didn't win on the road in the playoffs till Detroit.

I'm sorry but the Lakers got the championship this year. The Jazz or Spurs would have easily handled any eastern conference team in the finals.

no. the celtics mopped the floor with san antonio and the entire western conference this year. the finals will be no different. the second best team THIS YEAR, was the pistons. not the spurs, get it correct. but if spinning it makes you feel better, have at it!
Hmmm....Breaking news: The Los Angeles Lakers aquired Pau Gasol from the Mephis Grizzlies...Did you miss that? You think that might make a difference against the Lakers this time around? Just a little...Ask anyone who's playing the best ball around and see what answer you get...How can you not fucking see that? I'm thinking the Lakers would have had the best record in the L if they had Gasol all year long, but who really knows.

gasol is soft and the boston bench is better. like it or not. bye. kobe will finish this season how he started it. no unassisted ring.

We'll see..I wasn't originally debating how great Boston is, I have alot of respect for them(Paul Pierce)...I'm not the type of dude to boast and make predictions because I would hate for them to backfire...I just don't agree with you that Detroit is/was the second best team in the NBA.

we have the best player in the game and the best coach in the game.

and whoever said boston's bench is better...gtfoh

our offense > your defense

a smart celtics fan:
I've been saying this since the Gasol trade. That team is nasty. I thought that they may have some problems with Bynum out but it hasn't seemed to slow them down at all. I actually have a bet with a friend where I have the Lakers winning their 17th banner before the C's do. They are built extreamly well, they have Kobe and they are , for the most part, all young. This has dynasty written all over it.

Now I hope that If the C's get there they can beat them. And I really like some of the match ups for the C's. But in seven games pitting Doc against Phil. Well, it don't look good.
