How is that Armor For Sleep album as a whole? I've heard a few songs by them, some I liked, some I didn't.

easily my favorite AFS album...as a matter of fact,really the only AFS album i like. never really got into any of their albums outside of this one.has some stand-out tracks that i always end up going back to listen to. definitly the album to check out if you are interested though,contains most of their best work in my opinion

yeah,i broke it out the other day cause i wanted a co-worker to hear worm food and it was has been in my deck ever since. forgot about songs like in a city with no name and ordinary joe. dope album...it was fresh in my mind when i hit up the store today. saw it and couldnt pass it up

still looking for his brother's album though,might have to break down and order it online...not nearly as satisfying but oh well

rasputins...got it the day it came out. still hadnt listened to the album much before i bought it but couldnt resist at that price

like i have said in previous threads,its my guilty pleasure,i get in my moods where i like mindless metal. as i lay dying is one of those bands that fits the bill

that armor for sleep cd rules, gets kind of boring after a few songs but it rules still. i dont need to say anything about hopesfall, we already know and that weerd science rules too.

if you're talking about "what to do when you're dead" it is great. its a concept style album that tells a story if u listen to it front to back.

check em out live if u get the chance...i dunno if they still do but last time i saw them they played the album front to back. plus some shit off of their old album "dream to make believe" which is also great.

i am going to see them again in september, i hear they have some new material on the way too...pretty tight band.

So anyways I was just talking to Casey and Bohan from His Hideous Heart earlier tonight and now that HHH is doing a Chocolate Rain cover, Casey said TDH might try to do one on their tour if he can learn the keyboard in the next couple weeks. And he also thinks the new treos sounds like linkin park lol.
Oh and 3 might tour with Scorpions, how fucking great is that? They also might tour with Chiodos, Battles, or Dredg. And they're gonna be touring again with Porcupine Tree and also Dream Theatre.

There's my gossip for the day. Keep it on the DL and I didn't tell you any of this.
