mexico has been awful recently and needed to win so they over stacked their team with "a" team players when no other country was doing that. not even Honduras brought that many regulars lol!!

Mexico had maybe three or four players that might start on the A squad. The others are competing to play more for the A squad. This game just goes to show that Mexican soccer is deeper and better than US soccer from top to bottom. The A team needs to step it up now and win in August, and the momentum they gained from this win will help them do it...
How does losing prove that USA has better talent? They got massacred 5-0, I don't care if they put monkeys w/ US jerseys on the field. It's their problem that they don't field the proper players to win. The point of the game is to win, and they didn't do that. Save the excuses for your mama...

Another thing to think about is theres a whole year until the WC. A lot can happen in a year and there is a good chance that a couple or a few US first team squad players could be injured come WC time. They have a good starting squad but proved in the Gold Cup that their backup players are subpar. I like Rogers (but doesnt play very consistently), Holden and Ching are good and Beckermen is decent. Backup defenders got tore up though against Mexico and look really shaky.
mexico is SUPPOSED to win at azteca no matter who they play. so its not like your going out on a limb saying their is a strong chance the USA will lose. But seriously right now, if you could have the main squads bring everyone the coach wants to. right now USA is better. they showed it in confed cup they showed it in coloumbus in the first world cup qualifier they played. USA are showing it in the Hexagonal that right now the USA is better.

It's amazing how ignorance takes place in this little discussion. First and foremost, all the US team supporters are all excited only because the US got lucky to get to the final in the Confederations Cup. They did not even deserve to get to the semis. Yeah, they beat Spain, but only because Spain got all over confident and that was all because the US team ain't shit in the soccer sport. Even Brazil was close to make the same mistake, but recovered and humiliated the US. Now, if yall are gonna compare Mexico with the US, hands down Mexico is better, just compare all the Mexican players in Europe, and the few American players in shitty teams. The US is only been lucky, and nothing else. Their soccer is far from being any good. The only player that has great skills is Dempsey, but he is not even consistent, and Donovan is nothing but a jackass, he did not even make it in Bayern. Anyway, all I know is that on August 12th, a great match is gonna take place in the Azteca, and it doesnt look too good for the US. ARRIBA MEXICO CABRONES!!!!!
