2. I really want him to be guilty with *real* evidence, because stupid broads who make shit like this up make us all look bad when a rape *really* happens. I hope to God she was sexually assaulted. She is a white broad who is 19 years old from the burbs...a regular America's sweetheart....she'd better not be lying or I'll find her and whoop her ass myself.

The way I see it, if he committed adultery and lied to his wife, how are we supposed to take him seriously and believe him when he says he didn't assault the girl? He's basically telling us that, yes he lied to his wife about the affair, but yet he's being truthful and we should believe him, an admitted liar, when it comes to the rape. Sounds fishy to me. A liar is a liar is a liar as far as I'm concerned. I get the feeling that a lot of this b-ball players are egomaniacs who think that they are the hottest shit ever, and they think that they can just take whatever they want. I don't know enough about Kobe to say whether this applies to him because I don't follow sports.
But at this point, it's all conjecture anyways, and I guess we just have to wait for the facts to come out.
