Yup, KB admitted he committed adultery. So he basically admitted that he fucked her. With that said, its her word against his if it was forced or not. If the DA finds any physical abuse (bruises, wounds etc...) on the day she was allegedly raped, he a gonner...easily. Nothin has been revealed yet tho, but they said they have plenty of evidence in which that evidence will be released in court.
On espn they was like investigators found narcotics all in his room or some shit.
So if the DNA comes back and reads that he had a substance in his system, thats even more evidence... So that'll be even easier to convict him...

Admitting to having sex with her is the smartest thing he has done so far, from a lagal standpoint. Think about it for a minute. It is not going to be that hard to prove that he fucked her, it's a given actually. So what is going to happen when he pleads complete innocense only to have evidence shown that he had sex with the girl. He will be left saying "Well... ok, ok... I fucked her, but I did'nt assault her!", which in doing so would make it much easier for prosecuters to convict him of all charges. Right now, he did the right thing, im sure his lawyers told him to do it.

Sexual Harassment is when you say or physically make unwanted sexual advances towards someone else, making them feel uncomfortable.
Sexual Assault is almost similar, but has two very big differences. 1. Rather then the person feeling slightly uncomfortable, the person is dwelling in fear from the sexual advances, and 2. it deals with much more severe cases such as Kobe's, which could not possibly fall under sexual harassment.
So if I tell a girl she has a nice ass, thats sexual harassment.
If I grab her ass, that is sexual harassment or sexual assault, depending on the circumstances surrounding the case..
If I tell a girl that I am going to fuck her brains out and there is nothing she can do about it, without even coming close to touching her (this can be done to someone across the country), and in doing so I leave her in fear, that is sexual assault.
So if you sexually threaten someone, and she reports you, you will get charged with sexual assault.
This is all in my own words, so if any crim major wants to argue me, feel free.

Actually, it doesn't bother me much at all. The fact that he might miss some games out of it, and many games if found guilty worries me a bit, but as of right now, shit doesn't affect me. You seem to be the only one really hit by what happened, I didn't say a damn thing to you since your last post and you make another one telling me I must hate it... seems to me like someone is upset at the fact that I am not furious over this.

Hell yeah....Kobe is black, the girl is white so they gone use that to their advantage! What I believe happened was...the girl let Kobe fuck then she figured she can get paid off of it if she said it was rape. I dont think he raped, I just think he fucked her and now she wanna get paid because Kobe wasnt gonna give her whatever she wanted. The law is so fucked up. Whenever someone run to the law and tell them somethin, thats what they believe first instead of gettin some evidence.
