The blood testing thing comes up every time someone mentions something that looks bad for Floyd. That is such a moot point and dead argument man. That's water under the bridge and already been agreed to for years now, etc...
Keep in mind that this was the FIRST time Floyd had ever asked for it against any fighter. At the time, it was an absolutely ridiculous request because no one was doing it. People weren't testing positive as much as they started to after that. I give Floyd credit because it is important IMO, but at that time when he was making that demand it was ridiculous. Floyd had no proof of Pacquiao using anything illegal though and it ended up costing Floyd money in court for making that accusation. But again, it's pointless now. You can say that Pacquiao looked suspicious by not agreeing to the tests then, but Floyd also looked scared by refusing to fight a guy smaller than him without the other guy meeting demands that no one was making just to make a fight.
