Creatine isn't banned in any sport.
All athletes take stuff like that. As long as they aren't drugs or banned substances that's fine. Any athlete that needs to maintain muscle is going to take supplements or whatever, Floyd, Pac, everyone.
As for Pacquiao, the main thing he had to do during training camps is have a high calorie intake, so he wouldn't lose weight while training, rather maintain his weight in the mid 140's. I'm sure in addition to eating a lot of food he'd have weight gain drinks, basically the shit u see at GNC just to add calories. Not a lot too it, it all boils down to calorie intake.
