Manny is looking stupid now because other "clean" fighters are stepping up and taking the test without crying and filing defamation lawsuits. Even Andre Ward mentioned something about taking blood test(s).
Floyd being on vacation=Floyd fights when he wants to fight.
Manny is running out of opponents that's why he's now going backwards and fighting someone that he and Floyd already beat.

Ward says he's going to take a blood test regardless if Froch is or not. That's a lot different from say him demanding Froch takes it, Froch says no, then cancels the tournament. I also suspect Ward is at least partially motivated to do so because of his past relations with Victor Conte and this would "prove" he's a clean fighter.
Ward also said he researched the costs of Olympic style testing, and for 8-10 weeks of random testing it can cost well over $50,000 so he understands why others wouldn't do it if they have to foot the bill.
But hey let's all completely forget that Pacquiao agreed to these tests as well and pretend that never happened because in circle jerk threads, it's about jerking people off.

Pacquiao "supposedly" agreed when the offer wasn't on the table anymore, so that agree doesn't count. If he agreed, then they would've fought on March 10th of last year.

Now you're getting it.... Yeah they stopped testing 18 days before the fight but nobody knew that (that they would stop at 18 days). Random means that they could pop up anytime.... but they chose to stop at 18 days. Floyd offered Pacquiao a 14-day cut off, ain't no tellin' when they would have stopped testing. They couldn've stopped 20 or 21 days before the fight, but Pacquiao wanted 24 days (and that was because he was seen on tape giving blood 24 days before knocking out Ricky Hatton).

I think you got that wrong. Manny is backed in the corner now, he has to submit to random testing and there's no more shot or old fighters for him to fight now.
