According to the US Army, one Iraqi prisoner was told to stand on a box with his head covered, wires attached to his hands. He was told that if he fell off the box, he would be electrocuted.






There are shots of the prisoners stacked in a pyramid, one with a slur written on his skin in English.

In some, the male prisoners are positioned to simulate sex with each other. And in most of the pictures, the Americans are laughing, posing, pointing, or giving the camera a thumbs-up


the Army investigation found serious problems behind the scenes. The Army has photographs that show a detainee with wires attached to his genitals. Another shows a dog attacking an Iraqi prisoner. Frederick said that dogs were “used for intimidation factors.”

There is also a picture of an Iraqi man who appears to be dead -- and badly beaten.

Read the title. It says MANY, not all.

Forcing Iraqi's to do shit like that sounds like some queer shit to me. Do you know what queer means?

Why do I sound like a "white conservative from mississippi?" Was it the word 'queer' or 'many?' How else should I explain it? "Many american troops in Iraq are homosexual" Is that better?

These soldiers are perpetrating treason! They are upholding all the sadictic, inhumane, moraly perverse ethics that Saddam had. Death to the unpatriots! they're as bad as John Walker lindh. I wonder what ever happened to that guy.

Since we are talking about both John Walker and the soldiers....I am a big conservative, and I support the war....but DAMN....I agree 100% with the title of the thread. And those soldiers are worse than John Walker. Hes not a "confused child", however.

Does anyone know what these prisoners were guilty of?
Why havent any of you brought up torture methods by Saddam's baath party?

If you're against this type of shit, then so be it, but be against it completely and not only when American soldiers are doing it. There are very few people on this board who have brought up issues of torture going on in the middle-east or in north korea, but people are speaking on this one as if they saw the shit themselves. What they did in these pictures is horrible, but I can assure you the torture under Saddam was much more severe. Queer soldiers, indeed.
