Dont forget about that that sport writer who said he had good strong inside sources saying floyd tested positive for shit and usada and golden boy swept it under the rug..
So the same USADA that caught Lance Armstrong is hiding test results of shit talking Mayweather. That makes no sense at all. You do know that the USADA releases Mayweather testing schedule and negative results after the fight.

VADA confirms Pacquiao has already been tested as well.

VADA Reps Shake Heads At Ariza's False Accusations

By Jake Donovan

You’d be hard pressed to find a happier soul on the planet than Dr. Margaret Goodman on the day that Manny Pacquiao and Brandon Rios were on board to allow the Voluntary Anti-Doping Agency (VADA) to conduct random drug testing throughout training for their upcoming November 24 showdown in Macau.

“VADA is of course thrilled to have Mr. Pacquiao and Mr. Rios support clean sport through their involvement in PED testing,” Dr. Goodman said back in May when both fighters enrolled in the program.

Just short of a month away from the fight, the founder of VADA is fuming mad over false allegations made by strength and conditioning coach Alex Ariza.

A former member of Pacquiao’s team, Ariza is now working with Rios to prepare the California-based brawler for next month’s super fight. He managed to find enough time to speak to Boxingscene.com’s own Edward Chaykovsky, claiming “VADA just confirmed they have yet to test Manny Pacquiao and have NO plans to test him until (arriving in) China.”

In the same article, Ariza claims to not be suspicious of his former client, but insists that Rios is being held to a higher standard in regards to current testing. An excuse was erroneously afforded by Mr. Chaykovsky that location could be an issue (Pacquiao is currently training in the Philippines).

Dr. Goodman was more than happy to clear the air on the subject, even while understandably troubled over unsubstantiated claims made against her organization.

“VADA is easily able to test athletes internationally,” Goodman confirmed. “We readily tested Mr. Khan in the Philippines when he was training at the same camp as Mr. Pacquiao. So, from a logistic standpoint, there isn’t an issue.”

Where there is an issue, is with her organization being dragged through the mud without facts to support such claims.

"That is a blatantly false and unsubstantiated story. Pacquiao and Rios have been tested by VADA, and any further information should be obtained from the fighters' respective camps, Top Rank, and the commission in Macau, China.”

The bout with Rios marks the first time that Pacquiao has agreed to unconditional random drug testing for any prize fight. Rios’ involvement in the program puts him deeper in company with training and managerial stable mate Nonito Donaire, who was the first fighter to enroll in VADA’s program on a year-round basis, regardless of whether or not he had a fight scheduled.

“Any athlete willing to participate in an unannounced random PED testing program will greatly improve safety for the participants and set an example for others,” Dr. Goodman says on the subject. “So little is understood by many regarding PEDS, that publicly demonstrating this type of commitment by the fighters and Top Rank is what our organization is all about.”

Pacquiao and Rios have been eligible for testing as of September 12, the date on which both fighters were enrolled into the program.

Will VADA release the testing schedule after the fight or will they hide it?

At least get your facts straight:

Lol. I always get my facts straight homie and I can admit if I'm wrong. No wonder Manny refuses to train in the USA, so he can juice and use VADA wack ass random testing. 206, I laugh every time you speak on random testing in boxing. When Mayweather ask for it you was the main calling him a coward and riding with 'Let the commission do there job' Manny. Now 4 years later you are a so-called PED expert. Lol.. If you Cornball Manny fans would've got on Manny from the start we have had the mega fight years ago. Oh well Manny is fighting another 140lber moving up for the third time in a row and Bum Bum lost has last fight. SMDH my how the mighty have fallen.

Man, VADA just confirmed Pacquiao has already been tested, period. It's "whack ass testing" has caught three cheaters already and is under WADA protocol.

Further what kind of idiotic shit is your theory that Pacquiao is juicing and VADA would be covering it up? So let me get this straight. Pacquiao himself requests random drug testing because at the time Rios was working with Angel, the guy responsible for giving steriods to hundreds of athletes, and Pacquiao is juicing in a easy come back fight against a guy with no defense and VADA, who is ran by one of the most respected people in boxing and is under WADA protocol is going to risk their entire reputation and existence for a guy that is likely going to retire in a fight or two. Makes sense! It's a huge conspiracy!

It's funny how you use to talk shit about Ariza all the time and now that he's working with Rios you take his word as truth? Lol you're very transparent. How would Ariza have access to VADAs testing protocols anyways? He heard through the grapevine? Solid evidence there.

I provided facts you come back with opinion and talk of four years ago. It isn't 2009 it's 2013. This isn't Pacquiao vs Floyd negotiations this is Pacquiao vs Rios.

Do you want me to go back and repost your so-called facts from 4 years ago, so I can show how you did a 360 on drug testing while at the same time never admitting that you was dead wrong about testing? You right it is 2013 and back in 2009 I had the same opinions about drug testing that I do now. Random testing is good for boxing. Now can your double talking, talking in circles Cornball ass say the same? Nope because drug testing was for cowards and duckers in your goofy ass world until the fighter you dickrode got beat up Khan by Peterson and Marquez sleeping Manny. Now you Manny goofy balls are PED experts and those are facts. You want me to re-up your past opinion s Mr. Random test expert? But Mayweather was ducking Manny because of testing right???? Double talking clown better know remember your place when talking to me.

This fucking guy wants to talk about four year old shit which we've discussed to death, how is that relevant to the topic at hand? That's right it isn't. You bring up Ariza, I drop facts you counter with 2009 arguments lol brilliant man.

ANd lol @ "dick riding" Khan I've never been a fan of his. For the millionth time I only wanted the #1 (bradley) to fight the #2 (Khan) so a lineal 140 pound champion would be crowned, which I always want in every division. As I stated a million times, Bradley got the last laugh because he ended up fighting Pacquiao which was obviously 100x bigger fight.

Bum Bum Rios is not a good fighter at all. He's a come forward no defense fighter. Manny should use his face as a punching bag. If Manny doesn't KO Rios in 8 rounds or less then Manny is done as a top fighter. Rios got out boxed by flat footed Mile High Mike for godsakes in his last fight. This should be a look good fight for Manny. But hopefully we will find out if Manny 's chin is crack and Rios lands something big.

I have Manny winning a one-sided beat down 6th round KO.

true. according to robert garcia rios can actually "box" and has good defense but prefers to brawl and have a slugfest... i hope he switches up his style a little or pacquaio is going to have a field day with his head.
I propped your for your sig...the reason is...I don't understand what these boxers are thinking when they game plan to fight against Floyd Mayweather...by that I mean...look at Floyd's body positioning (his starting point) as he is ALREADY leaning forward...Canelo Alvarez starts from a straight or lean back position...Floyd will get off first EVERYTIME...if Floyd is gonna lean forward you have to move left to right and make him reposition his lead foot...(he's looking to launch at you) you jab straight at him you get what Canelo got...now I'm not saying I have the ANSWER cause I'm not the one experiencing the difficulty off boxing Floyd lol. But shit...it's some things you see and your like DAMN.

He's basically like a Margarito.
Forgot what thread we were on but we were discussing Alvarado being ahead of Pacquaio as I was saying Mike should be listed ahead of the Pacman...WELL that was before he got KO'd by the Russian DAMN...so you were right in the aftermath. But...if Pac loses the argument is back on. Last thought: I had faith in Alvarado to handle the Russian but he succumbed to a slugger the way he did in Rios I but avenged his loss in Rois II...he might be able to do the same thing in a second bout with the Russian if it should take place.

Look at how quick he dodges the punch. It's like he goes Super Saiyan 786 for that short period of time.

I'm glad people are starting to see that Mayweather is one of the GOATS. His defense in the pocket is unreal. He punch accuracy and counter punching is next level. I think Canelo will be a beast if he takes the Mayweather fight as a learning experience. Canelo was throwing some bombs at Floyd, but Money is a Jedi at defense.

Back to Manny vs. Rios I hope this is a good fight. Rios has been looking good in training. But Manny said he has his love for training and boxing again. But how is his chin???? Pretty good 24/7

No bitch, cuz Canelo had a "fantastic" training camp, looked better than ever, and look at what happened. But you are right on this might being a good fight. Its not a catch weight fight so we as fans get to see both fighters at 100%
