Yea but there is a reason why your called the king, chosen one and the one man army. Do you get it? I guess not. Sick and tired of niggaz always bringing that "but Jordan had this and Kobe had that" James was all hyped up to be the one man wrecking crew and he certainly did not live up to the hype. Thats the point I'm trying to get across.
THAT WAS HIS WHOLE POINT OF JOINING THE HEAT HE DIDN'T WANT TO BE THE ONE MAN ARMY ANYMORE.. HE EVEN TOOK A HUGE PAY CUT

it's funny how all the laker haters been saying "kobe never won without shaq", but now this is all cool with them. I'm loving this, cause it once and for all proves kobe>lebron.

as much as I've been trolling this whole situation. I actually think it's good for the league. it got a buzz going, got people talking. hopefully it will have people watching too. there's going to be people jumping on the bandwagon and then there will be people watching to see them fail. which is always good in sports. kind of like how it's good for the nfl when the raiders are winning.

as of right now my top five teams are:

1.Lakers- we are the champs after all.

2.Thunder- scariest team in the league for me.

3.Celtics- would be 2 if not for age.

4.Magic- they'll be just as dangerous as they were last year.

5.Spurs- I won't count them out until dunkin and pop are gone.

mj had players to help him lebron spent 7 years with pretty much the same team every year he needed help and now he has it if he doesnt win a championship he wont even be mentioned as one of top players to ever play the game
To be fair, Michael Jordan was in a somewhat similar situation. He was drafted to a team that wasn't known for much before him, and for 6 or 7 years, the Bulls also couldn't make the jump, but Mike stuck with it, he didn't jump ship the first chance he got.

bosh averaged 24 points in toronto? with who competing for the ball? that team is set up for failure. if one of the "big three" go down its curtains, especially wade or lebron. carrying a young boo boo team will make them dudes age quick. sorry but they wont beat the magic or celtics, let alone the lakers who are going to 3 peat barring some miracle season from the big 3.

again, how is that team much better than the cleveland team hes on? not much if at all.
Only time will tell because it is official. Miami in 2011! You are a Laker fan, it makes sense now.

he was with the team for 7 years and they didnt do much to make the team around him better everyone else had pretty much signed with a team why would he go back to a team that didnt make any moves to improve besides a new coach this year he wants to win a title now not later he knows his chances would have been slim in cleveland he made a career move to better himself and finally get what he has been workin for since he started playin bball

you kidding me people. the cavs did the best they could to get guys in. they got mo williams. and when they got smashed by the magic mainly by a big center they got shaq who did better in the playoffs against boston then LJ did. this was the year they were gonna get the mega help and he didnt let it happen. if LeBron sigbned with them quick many more players would've been interested to go there but he bitched out and waited for everyone to pick there shit. oh IMO they wont amount to anything (specially in playoff basketball) so i'm not stressin it.

Miami Heat are about to sign Mike Miller to a 5 year $30 mil contract.

Report: Mike Miller to sign with Miami

The Heat are wasting no time in filling out the active roster. Late Thursday night (or early Friday morning, depending on your location) news broke from Mike Miller's dad that the Heat were intending to sign Mike Miller .

Miller is from South Dakota, so I guess that's where we send his Luckiest Basketball Player in the World Award.

After shipping Michael Beasley to Minnesota for basically nothing, the Heat had a little cap room to play with. And Pat Riley and Miami wasted no time whipping out the checkbook. According to the report, Miller will sign a five-year, $30 million deal.

Miller also had offers from New York and the Clippers, with the Clipper offer being worth a significant amount more, the report said. Also, mentioned, Miller won out over Kyle Korver and Rasual Butler, mainly because of an endorsement from LeBron.

But Miller is just the beginning for the Heat. Since they moved Beasley, but now added Miller, the Heat have five players on the active roster, sans Joel Anthony who has a qualifying offer of about $1 million. Miller's $6 million a year will eat up virtually all of Miami's remaining cap space. That means a bevy of veteran minimum salaries are about to be handed out and as Ira Winderman mentioned in his story, the list isn't that long or that sexy.

Among the names available still: Raja Bell , Larry Hughes , Flip Murray, Zydrunas Ilgauskas , Devean George , Brian Skinner , Damien Wilkins, Trenton Hassell , Jarvis Hayes, Jason Williams, Keyon Dooling , Eddie House , Etan Thomas and Ime Udoka.

Of course Miami still has its three second-round picks it could sign (Dexter Pittman, Jarvis Varnado, Da'Sean Butler) and as Winderman says, could re-sign some lesser Heat players from a year ago (Shavlik Randolph, Kenny Hasbrouck). Finally, there are still undrafted players to be had, like Jon Scheyer and Brian Zoubek of Duke, Art Parakhouski from Radford, Denis Clemente (a native of Miami) from Kansas State, Scottie Reynolds from Villanova and Matt Bouldin from Gonzaga, among others.

Wrong...

As of 3 years ago when he signed the minimum extension, he pretty much sent a message to the front office saying, "I want to win now". So what happens? The Cavaliers had to make moves on the spot. Young talent gets traded before it can develop, draft picks were dealt constantly to bring in available players to help him win now, leaving no hope for future talent, salary cap was passed for multiple years in order to try to win now.

Now lets look at free agency this year, he waits til all the other free agents sign to make his decision. Why would any top free agent sign with the Cavaliers if there's a possibility LeBron won't be back? If he resigned right away, they could have picked someone up easily, they were a championship contender with him. But no, now he leaves the Cavaliers with pretty much no one left in free agency, not that it mattered though since the salary cap space is gone..

All that said, he fucked up, if he really wanted to win he shoulda gone to the Bulls that woulda been instant rings with that team..

Also Lebron, you may win a ring. But you will never get the respect. People will say you needed Bosh.

He will never be considered as good as Kobe or MJ after this.

And all you complaining about his team...well guys he pretty much had picked most of them. Cleveland bent over backwards to bring in people he wanted.

How you gonna bitch and say his team sucked when they had the best record in the NBA? Lmao. Fuckin fools. Lebron chokes in the playoffs. Nuff said.
