So then you should easily know how we've done you in the playoffs every time! Remember when Kobe brought us back from being 20 down in the 4th quarter? In your house..lol!
Yes I remember the Donagheys that day. But guess what? You dont have that team anymore. The Lakers are overachieving right now but that wont last and they are not built for a championship. Ask any objective non Laker homer. The consensus is that Portland WILL have a title SOON.

And the Blazers are somehow built for a championship? How would a Blazer fan know what that looks like? Seriously? I brought up the old days, because that was your best shot at a title. As good as Roy is, and as decent as Aldridge is, you're still two stars off of a championship.

Ask any objective non Laker homer. The consensus is that Portland WILL have a title SOON.
Of course any non Laker fan would say that? And, exactly where is this Portland consensus? PLEASE OH PLEASE, point me to it. Any articles from Oregon publications don't count, ok?

How would a Blazer fan know what a championship team looks like? Are you fucking stupid? Do you think Blazer fans are the only group of people on the planet without televisions?

I dont know what the Oregon papers are saying, I don't live there, smart guy. I'm not gonna sit here and google the shit just to make a point to you, but Kenny Smith, Chad Ford, John Hollinger, fans of numerous other teams, The Kings announcers, The Warriors announcers, NBA.com, and anyone else with a half a brain has expressed something to the effect that the Blazers have laid the groundwork for a championship team. And you mention Roy and Aldridge, but you're forgetting one tiny piece of the puzzle in Greg Oden, not to mention we also have the best player in Europe coming over next year, to go along with tons of cap space to sign any free agent to a max contract outright or make a trade for a star who is aleady under contract and the cap will allow us to absorb the contract. Things are looking great for the Blazers right now.

I'm a ''non homer Laker fan"...and I don't see the Blazers winning a championship with this roster, because this roster won't stay intact, IMO. If they could keep this lineup, plus/minus a few 'role-players', for 3 years or so, and add a true, talented point guard, I could see it, but I honestly don't see it happening in the next 5 years or so.

the blazers will have not only 1 but 10 titles before the lakers ever get another one with kobe on the roster.

the lakers will never win another ring with kobe. never.

ok maybe if they hop in the delorean and bring the old shaq back it would be possible, but then once again, it would be SHAQ bringin home the rings.

So you're saying that a team with a core of Roy, Aldridge and Oden could not conceivably contend for a title?

I never understood the terms "Fakers" or "Fakeshow". What are they faking? Being the Yankees of the NBA? Having the second most championships in NBA history? Someone drop some knowledge on me.

NO, THEY WOULD NOT GET A TITLE. ROY IS VERY GOOD, ALDRIDGE IS KOO, AND ODEN STILL HASNT PLAYED A DAY IN THE LEAGUE. HES INJURY PRONE AND I GUARANTEE HES GONNA STAY IN FOUL TROUBLE. HOW ARE U GONNA PUT HIM IN THE EQUATION WHEN HE HAS YET TO PLAY A SINGLE SECOND IN THE LEAGUE. HE COULD BE A HUGE BUST FOR ALL WE KNOW AND I REALLY THINK THATS WUTS GONNA HAPPEN BECAUSE HE WAS SO OVERHYPED AND HIS INJURIES WILL GET TO HIM. U ACT LIKE ALDRIDGE IS A BEAST TO PUT HIM IN AS A MAIN PIECE OF A CHAMPIONSHIP TEAM. PORTLAND WILL NOT HAVE A CHAMPIONSHIP ANYTIME SOON
