I don't got any problem with Tony, he does have some wacky ideas and opinions though. But he doesn't disrespect anyone with his opinions as far as I could tell...

Right on Lamberto for keepin it real... I don't disrespect people until they disrespect me. You and I have agreed on a few things and then we have have disagreed on a few but I never came/come at you (or anybody else who disagrees with me) wrong. I just post what I think and support my opinions. That's pretty much it though.
Not true... Peyton threw 26 TD's and 28 INT his first year. His second year he completed over 60% of his passes and also threw more TD's than INT's. That's not true at all....

Yeah but your forgetting the Colts went 3-13 his rookie year..he did show some promise tho but point Im makin is that football is the ultimate team sport..You cant just right guys off as busts because a couple poor-mediocre years. Otherwise you'll be righting off your boy Russell because I dont see him coming to the Raiders and having that much immediate success either.
Whoever thinks Alex Smith is a bust already is a complete idiot for the simple fact he hasn't played long enough to pass judgement. If he improves as much this year as he did last year, he'll be good. If he stays the same or worse then you can start thinkin things.

3-13 is pretty bad and those 28 INT's probably had something to do with those 13 losses but he threw 26 TD's. So his ratio wasn't too bad. So the point you guys are making is that it's too early to tell? Shit, that's all you gotta say. Miss me with the punkass insults though...
So I gotta quick question. Say the Raiders did draft Russell and he put up horrible numbers like Smith did his first year... would you all say he's a bust or it's too early to tell?
I am not saying that's going to happen (Russell putting up garbage numbers if he's drafted by the Raydaz) But I just want to see if we're setting double standards here....
Look here asshole! Aren't you the same muthafucka that said Frank "Gorilla" Gore was the 2nd best back in the leage behind L.T.? After one fuckin season huh... and then you say it's too early to tell if Smith is a bust after a few seasons? I smell contradiction coming from your biased ass. That Gorilla milk you're sucking out of Gore's titty got yo mind fucked up son!
No dummy, this is year 2. His rookie year didn't even count. They had Ken Dorsey for a while until he started to play. Now that they've established a running Game, and actually had a WR Antonio Bryant as their Number one instead of Brandon Lloyd, You could see the Improvement and maturation of Alex Smith. Envy is a bitch isn't it?
You guys who say Alex is a bust got no patience at all. U gotta wait for him to develop. His rookie season he was learning a completely new offense. he played mostly shotgun in his college years.
Just like dude said about peyton. he sucked his rookie season and look at him now. Alex's rookie season, our o-line pretty much sucked and gave him no protection.
His only go to guy was Eric Johnson. Plus he said he learned a lot from Norv Turner who is known for making QBs tight. Also he got Trent Dilfer to mentor him. Something alot of rookie QBs didnt have that time.
He gained a lot of experience these past 2 seasons playing every game!! Now that our D has been upgraded he wont have to much pressure on him. I think this year is the year Alex will prove himself. Our D is much improved and we got weapons in offense. Gore and VD need to stay healthy. Battle is pretty good and Lelie is aight, no one to get excited about.
We need to pick up a good WR in the 2nd round and maybe another one in the later rounds. Adam Carriker is most likely going to get picked in the first round but im hoping for Patrick Willis. The NEXT RAY LEWIS!!! Have faith in Alex. I bet if Alex Smith comes up, all you fools talkin shit about him are going to be like "Yea Alex is the man!! I knew he would come thru!!!" hahaahahahhhaha
Also, look at the offense he's had to work with...besides Frank Gore and a few standout plays, nothing to write home about. Then you look at a guy like Phillip Rivers, who comes in and inherits a team that is already complete, top to bottom.
