Iron Man = Best Marvel Comic to Movie Adaptation EVER

Obviously shits on the likes of Punisher, Elektra, and Ghost Rider. And still better than any of the X-men, Fantastic 4, or Spiderman.

Rivaled only by Batman and Sin City for best comic to movie adaptation of all.

Adult themes, good level of violence, good action, great special effects, very nice hints at things to come and teasers for the comic nerds (War Machine, Nick Fury, etc), good casting, good script.

Can't remember the last time I was in a theater that was so full on a non-opening day. This thing is going to rake in the money and it should.

Makes me optimistic about the upcoming Hulk movie.

iron man wasnt that great, shit was borin at times, i could already tell that bald guy was the villian halfway thru the flick, and the last fight was more of iron man gettin his ass beat, say what you want bout x-men, those movies were actually worth the price sittin thru.

but then again i rather sit thru iron man 2 then any spidey or hulk sequel

Half way through the movie all the children in the theater knew that Obadiah was the "bad guy" - it wasn't supposed to be a cliffhanger with a twist ending

When was the last time you saw someone catch a bullet to the head in an X-men movie?

The X-men movies were for kids who never read the comic or saw the animated series.

The list of problems with each and every X-men movie dwarfs any problem in Iron Man.

I mean come on; that last X-men joint was total shit.
