I didn't say that demon possession validates the existence of God. At no point did I say that at all. It was a question.

However, when demons are cast out in the name of God and directly respond to a minister that has not even mentioned that they were a minister and someone who is demon possessed has radically different behavior, I think that speaks volumes. You can quote that, I actually said that.

Logic adhering to God and vice versa is inconsequential to the point that it is illogical, inaccurate, flawed, and irrelevant to use the absence of an explanation as evidence for a God.

The absence of an explanation is no more evidence of the existence of a God than the presence of an explanation is evidence of the absence of a God.
So bow down before Thor's confounding might peasent!

So if science has proved almost everything in the Bible wrong, when has the Bible ever proved science wrong? And don't say "God" or something like that. It has to be something that was proved to be legit.

If you watch that link I posted to the Zeitgeist movie, you'll learn about how Christianity is one of the more recent religions invented. It actually plagiarizes older religions, but Christianity isn't the only form of government that copies laws from older sources.

Every time a doctor tells someone they have less than a year to live and they are miraculously healed and credit God. You will laugh and scoff at that and the other things that scientists can't explain and simply say "oh well, science just hasn't explained that yet." Then you'll call it scientific theory and since no one can come up with an explanation other than God did it, it will be considered fact by the science community. That's why I'm about to bow out of this conversation altogether because it's futile with some people.

I suppose Jesus Christ plagiarized Judaism right? There are older religions than Christianity because it didn't exist until Christ's life but it is an extention of Judaism. Technically it's only been around 2000 years or so. You could say that the Muslim faith plagiarizes Judaism too and Mormans plagiarizes Christianity and the same for Jehovah's Witnesses etc... To suggest that Christ took someone else's religion to get people to follow him though is silly

People do, it's basically all the same shit without Judaism all the following religions wouldn't exist, from Islam to Rastafarian's.

"Let US create man in OUR image." Genesis 1:26

The Word Became Flesh
"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it." John 1:1-5

"You are not yet fifty years old," the Jews said to him, "and you have seen Abraham!" "I tell you the truth," Jesus answered, "before Abraham was born, I am!" At this, they picked up stones to stone him, but Jesus hid himself, slipping away from the temple grounds.

(Jesus referring to himself as Jehovah, referencing Exodus 3:14 where Moses talked to God in the burning bush where God said his name was Jehovah [translates to I Am that I Am] John 8:58-59)

I'm done. None of what I will say will matter to most of y'all. You believe what you believe and I believe that there is a biblical explanation for it that has been written thousands of years ago that is still relevant, still applies and the word will continue to be "living and active like a double edged sword." Best of luck in the pursuit of your educations. God bless

Actually, Christ makes no appearance in any history books whatsoever, so who knows, he might not have even existed, but I know that THAT idea is even more absurd to Christians than the idea of "no god". And taking someone else's idea for a religion to get people to follow you isn't silly, many historical leaders used such tactics. You probably heard of a guy named Hitler. He was pretty successful at indoctrinating a whole group of people and getting them to follow him, IN THE NAME OF GOD. Yes, most Nazis were Christians. I think that just about says everything (yes, I'm being sarcastic). Most atheist scientists, like Einstein, fled the country before the war began.
No Christian I have ever met was true to the Bible and "god" himself.

you need to look at the value we give to this concept of 'god'.
you can banish demons whether you pray to allah, jesus, or dirt.
the power comes from man and the value he gives these concepts.

a great example of the bible validating itself.
