I got the only album I can find of Riv Locc, and I DO enjoy the CD. But it starts to blend together. And I have a hard time labeling someone a prodigy without knowing more of their capabilities.

Idk if anyone has heard of C-Heff but I put a few of his tracks on youtube last night so people can check him out. I think his album "Red Monkeys & White Tee's" has some of the best production on it for a local release.
