See but I don't see it as a confrontation issue. It's about what you want. A gay dude obviously does not want a woman.
Dude was not trippin off the fact he was gay. He was not tryin to convince me about shit. I asked him about it...he didn't volunteer the information. You hear this from gay folks all the damn time. This is what I don't understand about your logic. If bein gay is gon fuck up your entire life, cause your family to reject you, and cause you to go into depression, and all types of ill effects, why would anyone choose it? Why would anyone pick a rejection by their family and friends just to have sex with a particular type of person? If the act means nothing to you, the amount of people with harsh feelings does matter. You can take any issue and tell me the same thing about it. What really matters is how many people vehemently oppose it, and if that amount can take over or become the majority, which makes it an issue.
There are people and entire societies whose views and beliefs have absolutely nothing to do with the 'holy scriptures'.
Sexuality revolves around sex. What are you talking about? If it is a question of sexuality, homo or hetero, then sex is the topic. Sex might not always be there, but it is the defining quality in any type of sexuality. If we are just talking about two guys that just like to hang out and are good friends, then there is no question of sexuality. So, again, what are you talking about?
I think what you are trying to say is that a relationship is not all about sex, to which I would agree. But when discussing sexuality, yes, it is about sex because sex is really the summum bonum of any sexual attraction.
