Now that I don't believe, if there were 600 total (not unsolved, but total) since the very early range of your statement (1970) through 2007, that would put the town at 262 murders per 100,000, which would be among the highest in the world, let alone United States (the highest murder rate that's sustained year after year in the US is East St. Louis, which is usually around 80 per 100,000).
0% chance that is true, even if you alter the numbers moderately (either put more people in this area you're talking about, or reduce the amount of murders slightly, it's still off the charts, it's still nowhere close to being true.

Lets kill this thread. We all proved a point. Rural Areas have a grimey place in rap. whether it be the Native that all rep there spots, or the common Yakima, Spokane, Tri cities type of markets and even the small little spots like Milton Freewater, Madras, Caldwell, Nampa, Medford .......

Yep, Jacoby Ellsbury is from the same spot I'm from. KIds used to pick on him for being a whiteboy (dad is white, mom is INDIAN) so he had to transfer to the farming town school (madras high school.) We all still proud of him though
