Yeah, especially the part where it said "Time the seizure with your watch" LOL. I woulda figured you just let the seizure happen & try to keep them from hitting something hard or sharp. I aint a doc or anything near it, but I figure if you held them down you're gonna hurt yourself & especially them with all the frantic swinging & convulsing around, you might catch a headbutt in the nose or accidentally choke them or something.
Like I said though, that's just what I figure.
