Then why are you in a thread that pretty much only HD fans would care about? This isn't even a music related topic. stfu & gtfo

i keep hearing y'all say how good he is but then when i listen to him, i dont really hear nothing lyrically that stands out. the only thing i can say is his 'realness' comes through in his videos. so i get a feeling that he really is who he says he is. seems like his charisma is shining more than his actual words. when i hear y'all say he the best, and then i throw on a song like stalin d boy blues, or shady nate plane trains and automobiles. honestly dude aint no where near them in skills. he obviously a real dude and has managed to build a following, but please direct me to his 'hit' that makes you want to give him top dog status?

I can dig what you're saying, boss. For me...it's a combination of a lot of things that make me believe in HD as an artist. He's consistent...and has a ton of integrity/loyalty when it comes to his neighborhood and homies. He has a pretty unique voice and I think his ad libs drive his style. He makes a ton of pop culture references that seem to be way before his time...it surprises me sometimes because he's not that old. HD (and his crew even more) definitely needs polishing and some good management, but I think the potential is there.

I haven't paid this muchattention to any artists since Mac Dre. I think HD should follow Dre by making more party songs to balance out the hard shit. He's no Furl, but he's charismatic and comfortable in front of a camera, so I think videos have really helped his popularity.

i think hd's partners can rap. i just think that most people havent taken the time to attempt to get into the rest of them as artists/rappers

most peoples extent of knowing the others in bearfaced is on a song here and there freom hd's album but nothing solo or anything.

i actually think hen sippa, g dirty, j dizzle, 600bj , blast holiday all have spit and are good on their own songs
