George Zimmerman to be charged for killing Trayvon Martin

He will be out on bail soon. There are "conservative" websites, racist websites, and multiple gun websites raising money for him and an awesome lawyer. I'm a firm believer in gun rights, but it's bullshit for them to put money up on something that is obviously about race instead of gun rights.

I'm gonna bet that the defense will try to oust most black jurors and get conservative jurors. They already recused the first judge for being too liberal. I don't see this coming out good for justice. I see him walking imo. bullshit.

Reports showing Zimmerman was treated for broken nose, 2 black eyes, and lacerations to the back of his head. On Trayvon Martin they found cuts on his knuckles. At this point, with the way the laws are scripted in that state, I would be surprised if the case isn't dropped.

I agree with you man. But the courts see things differently. They look at strictly the lagality of the situation. You know, if I went up to you and started waving my finger in front of your face but not touching you, but pissing you off and you hit me; guess who's getting in trouble? Obviously the circumstances in this case are much more extreme, but they're going to look at it like, did Zimmerman break the law by ignoring advisory and approaching Martin? The answer will likely be 'no', at least as it applies to the charges (maybe in a man-1 case it would be different). And IF Martin struck first, even in fear of his own safety (which I agree with you, I would do the same thing), they're going to want to see evidence of why. There is nothing in place justifyuing this. I say I would be surprised if they didn't drop the case - I say this entirely without bias, though.

Well said. Zimmerman does not have a self-defense claim in this case because he was the one who initiated the contact...after being told not to. Besides, if he has to kill someone because they whooped his ass, then he deserves to go to prison for murder. What kind of man shoots someone because he got his ass whooped after starting some shit?

Reality: Despite the fact the killing took place 3 weeks before CNN covered it, CNN pushed a false narrative by distorting facts (showing very dated pictures of Martin and Zimmerman in settings to influence the public), making facts (CNN does push poll then reports Americans want Zimmerman arrested, CNN calls Zimmerman "white"), ignoring facts (Zimmerman's injuries) and casting facts in a manner to push CNNs political cause. CNN wanted to assist Obama's goal in mobilzing Obama's black political base with false charges of racism and to assist liberals in Florida who want to repeal laws that would allow law abiding citizens to carry weapons and use them in self-defense.
