you start off with 1 the first day, 2 the 2nd day, 3 the third day, etc until you can do 100 in a row
obviously you could probably skip ahead to like 30 at first cause you can probably do a bunch of them lol

or who knows maybe you can do 100 right now already, if so then youre in pretty good shape congrats
no thanks; i'll try that a couple of months from now after i get settled in from playing sports on a consistent basis...i'll settle for the 20 i did today...i'd probably be tired after doing 30-40 of them in a row, lol.

damn now i fee motivated to try and get in shape lol

last time i was motivated i started doing pushups and shit everyday to try and get in shape enough to start doing a ton of burpees. i got lazy after like two months though lol
