try the 100 day burpee challenge
you start off with 1 the first day, 2 the 2nd day, 3 the third day, etc until you can do 100 in a row
obviously you could probably skip ahead to like 30 at first cause you can probably do a bunch of them lol
or who knows maybe you can do 100 right now already, if so then youre in pretty good shape congrats
