I need to keep getting back in shape though, I invented this ab buster work out back when I used to lead PT (Army's exercise time) at my unit in Germany

I would usually do 4 full ab buster sets

i've done 1 set each day for the last 3 days and my abs are fucked up lol use to do 4 sets every day and not even get sore

alright, i just did 5. i feel okay...no shortness of breath or anything, lol............
well good, youre probably in pretty good shape. itd be a good idea to do a lot of those and try and get the form down properly; its a complete full body workout that you can do anywhere anytime

and no i dont play sports. i dont really give a shit if i die early lol, i plan to die within the next 30 years. that would kick ass

i just did like 15 more, but i'm not tired. but i can definitely see how those burpees are hardcore though...
try the 100 day burpee challenge

you start off with 1 the first day, 2 the 2nd day, 3 the third day, etc until you can do 100 in a row
obviously you could probably skip ahead to like 30 at first cause you can probably do a bunch of them lol

or who knows maybe you can do 100 right now already, if so then youre in pretty good shape congrats

i'm not in great shape, either...but i do play sports often, not as much as i should...but now that i have more free time i will. i don't really need to lift weights much since i lifted quite a lot before, but ever since i started smoking weed on almost an everyday basis, i've gained some weight from all those munchies, so i really need to focus more on doing cardio more than i should lift weights.
