Damn like 6 months ago i was actually walking all over this property probably a few miles a night, was doing some pushups and stuff some sit ups, that only lasted like 2 weeks though. Then way back when i was actually working out hard i ate like shit though and also ate way too much. Now I'm eating low calorie with streaks of very clean eating. Why can't everything click all at once at the same time lol id be chiseled up

He's mad because i stole his friend nolettuce @nolettuce we hang out practically every day, and are the closest of friends. Keep trying to invite him to go bowling or eat out at Applebee's with us but he's hating

I keep catching myself slumping over the longer I'm on my phone. I'll just realize im hunched over focused in on it. I think i might need lasik my eye sight must be not great. I wonder if they have some kinda tight brace i can strap on forcing me to sit / stand upright to improve my posture... They probably do they're probably expensive medical devices though lol

you can just use rigid strapping tape and put a couple of strips down each side of your back and across your shoulder blades and it will tug on your skin any time you slouch. but you need someone else to do it and all your friends are on the internet

you gotta find something you like doing. if you wanna do the big 3 powerlifting shit and nothing else just go and do a few sets of each of those lifts 2-3 times per week. as you progress you can start a proper program but just get into the habit of lifting regularly
