Kinda feel like it would be easier to dodge 1 tweaker on the next property 3 miles away, and buy my groceries in bulk, than navigating a sea of crack-heads, gang bangers, and just general shit every day in east Oakland.

I don't know, don't get me wrong, I love Oakland...It's just seems extremely appealing to live a place where you can more or less do whatever you want and don't need to see another person if you don't want to. Someday, I guess.
