If Khan beat's Peterson it will be him. Or if Berto beats Ortiz he can get a fight. Canelo is not ready for Floyd at all.
None of those guys are ready for Floyd. Floyd is in a different league from everyone else. They (previous fighters) all step their game up when they face him (or try to) but it still isn't enough.

Obviously I don't expect fools who have never stepped in a ring or boxed on the mats to know what im speaking on.
I think anyone who trains can learn a lot more by watching Mosley, Alvarez, Cotto and Mayweather ... as opposed to Diaz vs Miller.
The skill level isn't even comparable.

If you think their striking is sub par to "Nate Diaz's jiu-jitsu skills" then you are probably just more into the ground game.
You can't really knock people for appreciating stand up.

I love watching Mayweather fight because dude is so sick. It's not only his god given speed and reflexes, but the man is SUPER technical. He does everything the way it is taught. He turns his punches over, he rolls perfectly with punches against the ropes, he circles in the correct direction, his parries are fucking sick, he never panics or breaks his philly shell in the heat of the moment etc. Not to mention how awesome of a dirty boxer he is. Always using his elbows, forearms and other little tricks he does. I wasn't speaking from an audience point of view, but from a technical boxing point of view and the product in the ring. It's a joke that these are the guys fighting Mayweather and not Pac man but boxing politics only hurt the fans in the end.

When i hear Arum wasnt even willing to pick up the phone thats what bothers me, Manny should take the 55-45 split in my eyes. Cant be getting outboxed by fighters and expect to get a even split. Whens the last time Mayweather got outboxed? Theres only 1 fight i can think of that you could make a case for both fighters winning that fight.

tough tough fight, loved it! Mayweather took the early rounds and Cotto came strong in the middle, strong jab. It was funny to see Mayweather busted up like that, but he bit down and kept it toe to toe don't think he was ever hurt. I give Cotto 4 maybe 5 rounds, he slowed down in the championship rounds. Glad to see Andre Ward get some press time on HBO, I think hbo might be his new home. Canelo fought smart against Mosley, hes not ready for Mayweather tho. would love to see Canelo in the ring with Kirkland or Angulo. looking forward to Paqiaou vs Bradley even more, can't wait

This is the funny part about haters. Let's not act like Mayweather didn't say that whole time leading up to the fight that he was going to fight Cotto toe to toe. Hater's need to stop making up bullshit in there head to discredit dude. The haters are the same people that were saying Floyd would never stand toe to toe in front of Hatton, Mosley, Ortiz, and Cotto. Guess what haters Mayweather stood toe to toe with all the fighters listed and battered them all. Did Mayweather fight Cotto like he was scared and thinking about Self-preservation?? Fuck no he stood his ground, took some bombs from Cotto, and landed even more of his own bombs on Cotto. Don't act like Mayweather wasn't trying to KO Cotto last night either. If you’re a boxing fan and you’re still saying that Mayweather is scared to take a punch or fight Manny, you need to slap the shit out of yourself. Mayweather don’t have to weight drain fighters or fight them after they got beat-up in there last fight to get the upper hand. Mayweather gives you a career high payday and wants you at your best when he fights you. So haters give that he’s scared and Self-preservation bullshit a rest, Mayweather is clearly the best boxer of our era..

lol what the fuck are you rambling on about?

and floyd is the one that was talking about self preservation, those are his own words. And now he's talking about retirement again. So we'll just see how it goes.

but as far as last nights fight, it was a great fight, lots of action, both fought with heart.

floyd showed me he's beatable. I think him and pac is a 50/50 fight. all those other guys arent worthy
Man I'm not gonna lie I didn't get that from this fight at all. Cotto fought well but he wasn't winning many rounds in there. He put Mayweather in the exact position that people said he'd have trouble, Mayweather didn't keep him at a distance, he didn't pot shot him all night, he let Cotto in and besides Cotto doing better than people that thought Cotto was going to get in there and get beat the fuck up he didn't seem to be in much danger of losing to me.

I don't really care for the reasons of Mayweather Vs. Pacquiao not happening and I don't care to see Mayweather fight a 140lber or the winner of Berto Vs. Ortiz 2. The only fight I'd be excited to see Mayweather in besides Pacquiao would be a fight against Martinez at 154. I'd even prefer Canelo over any of the other guys previously mentioned, don't care if DLH thinks he isn't ready. You rarely to get a chance to fight an ATG and Mayweather won't be around much longer. A loss to Mayweather won't ruin his career unless it completely mentally breaks him.

And why the fuck was Quintana Vs. Latimore such a big upset? Quintana would beat everyone that beat Latimore and Latimore and would get his shit pushed him by everyone that beat Quintana. Them making it out to be a colossal upset was insane.

BUT FACT IS...

BOTH MANNY AND FLOYD ARE GONNA HAVE TO COMPROMISE...

THEY NEED TO FIGHT EACH OTHER, ONE WAY OR ANOTHER...

OR FOREVER BE A DISAPPOINTMENT TO ALL THE REAL BOXING FANS...

THE SPORT OF PUGILISM WILL LOSE IT'S WARRIORS SOUL...IN FAVOR OF THE DOLLAR

AND THATS ALL BOXING NEEDS,IS ANOTHER BLACK EYE.
