You really stand by this statement?

And as far as going back on the timeline, we were talking about a genre of music, rock. So we were looking at the genre's origin, not the instruments that are used within the genre.

But, if you really want to take it far enough, Im sure Egyptians and Mesopatamians were pounding on some kind of drum making a beat, therefore the creators of all music. I guess you can say all music originates from North Africa and the Middle East.

Black people basically invented rock. I ain't tryin to discredit shit. I'm just saying it's a stretch to call rock a "black art" today, which is what I've heard before.

And Urban culture not black? I said Frisco culture isn't only black. Go out to Mission tell the homeboys from LN$ and all the frisco XIV sets who "talk black" they bite black people, or the Filipinos from TL...cause they all some biters right? And they don't got shit to contribute, right?

And speakin specifically on the Bay and Frisco, all cultural elements were invented strictly by black people, right?

ALREADY DEAD,
YOU STRESSED, "Black people basically invented rock. I ain't tryin to discredit shit. I'm just saying it's a stretch to call rock a "black art" today, which is what I've heard before."

ROK AND ROLL, YES. BUT ROK IS WHAT IT IS AND NO IT'S NOT A BLAK ART. YOU SEE WHAT THEY DONE TO IT. NO SOUL WHATSOEVA. BUT CERTAIN ELEMENTS STILL EXIST.

THEN YOU STRESSED, "And Urban culture not black? I said Frisco culture isn't only black. Go out to Mission tell the homeboys from LN$ and all the frisco XIV sets who "talk black" they bite black people, or the Filipinos from TL...cause they all some biters right? WHO SAID N-ETHANg ABOUT BEIN' BITERS? YOU HAVE A PRE-CONCEIVED NOTION ABOUT EDJ AND WHAT BLAK PEOPLE THINK. WHEN OTHA MINORITIES EMBRACE BLAK CULTURE, IN MY EYES IT'S A BEATIFUL THANg. IT'S BETTER THAN BEIN' "PEKAWOODED" OUT. I ENCOURAgE MUTHA-FUKAS TO DO THAT. THE ONLY THANg IS IF THEY INTEgRITY AND HEART IS LIKE THAT? IF IT IS THEN IT'S ALL gRAVY. IT'S JUST SHIT LIKE IN YOUR CASE, THAT WOULD BETRAY THAT BOND AND UPBRINgIN'.

THEN YOU STRESSED, "And speakin specifically on the Bay and Frisco, all cultural elements were invented strictly by black people, right?"

I DIDN'T SAY THAT. BUT IT WAS NURTURED IN THAT ESSENCE AND SUBCULTURE.

You said I was trying to steal the ownership of urban culture from black people.

I said, 415 because of the fact that people can get past attitudes and race labels, urban culture is influenced by all races.

Of course street culture is closely related to Black culture. Anyone who disagrees is a fool. But to deny that any other race contributes is just as foolish. See you on this tip, if any small amount of credit is taken from black people you trip out and start accusing me of trying to discredit the black race. If even I said yo a asian person invented some slang word you be like "Oh they just tryin to bite off black people", you got this idea that the only race with any culture is nubian.

Them nortes is Latin like you but you ain't even tryin to credit that side.

I'll let you speak for yourself right here. So only black people influence urban culture? So the only real thing comin out of inner cities today is strictly black influenced? You more racist than you put on. Not to mention the fact that you mixed and you hatin half yourself.

It might be watered down in the sense that it isn't strictly black, but that don't make it watered down. What matters is the proximity to the streets, not the race of the person who wrote the book. See mentally you never leavin the hood. You sit here and talk about the abundance of white racism, but in the end, if the speaker ain't black, you ain't tryin to hear the message, and that's it.

Realize that seeing Black people as the center of the universe only increases, not decreases racism. How you gonna discount everything that ain't black? Oh, you struggled, oh you grew up this way, but you can't contribute, since you ain't Black. And you talk about white racism, you abou the most racist mothafucka in here.

Shit since that kinda thing *never* go on around here...

I'M SAYIN' IF IT AIN'T BLAK "INFLUENCED", MEANIN' HAVIN' THE DIASPORA OF SUCH.
I don't know what you gettin at by this, havin the diaspora aka having the lost soul of Africa in it?

YEAH OTHA MINORITIES CAN CONTRIBUTE, BUT ONCE THEY TAKE THE SOUL OUT OF IT, IT AIN'T THE SAME.
Who said they was takin the soul out? It's impossible to seperate urban culture from the black identity and influence, the two are too much intermixed. So what you sayin is a mexican or a asian could rap, or tag, or use slang, or some shit, but it just ain't the same was when Black people do it? Of course it ain't the same. But you also implying it's worse because of it.

So what does "watered down" mean? Worse? Or different?

Cause to you it means worse, since the only legitimate culture is Black people.

AND FOR ARgUMENT'S SAKE LET'S SAY I AM THE WAY YOU TRYIN' TO PAINT ME, I'D RATHER BE THAT WAY THEN CONSIDERIN' TO JOIN THE ARYAN BROTHERHOOD. [/B]
Who the fuck said I was considerin joining some shit? What? Me? 6 months ago? In a bullshit thread? Off the top of my head? Considering I will never end up in the pen anyways?

YOU STRESSED, "Shit since that kinda thing *never* go on around here..."

LOL. YOU CONTRADICTIN' YOURSELF BY ATTEMPTIN' SOME REVERSE PSYCOLOgICAL BULLSHIT.

THEN YOU STRESSED, "I don't know what you gettin at by this, havin the diaspora aka having the lost soul of Africa in it?"

THERE YOU gO. INDIRECTLY YES.

THEN YOU STRESSED, "Who said they was takin the soul out?"

I DID. BUT LET ME gIVE YOU AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT I'M STRESSIN':

A.D(ALREADY DEAD) WAS RAISED IN THE HOOD WITH NOTHIN' BUT BLAK FOLK AND PICCED UP AND EMBRACED THE CULTURE. A.D FEELS THE MUSIC OF SUCH CAUSE HE FEELS IT IN HIS SOUL AND DECIDES TO MAKE HIS OWN. A.D IS RECOgNIZED FOR HIS MUSICAL CONTRIBUTIONS AND EVEN IS WELL RESPECTED IN THE BLAK COMMUNITY AND THERE'S EVEN RUMORS THAT HE MIgHT HAVE BLAK BLOOD IN HIM. BUT A.D gETS POPULAR WITH WHITE PEOPLE AND SOON ALL KIND OF WHITE KIDS WANNA BE LIKE A.D. OUT OF ALL THIS, BRINgS A WHOLE gENERATION OF WHITES EMULATIN' A.D. THERE'S THIS HARD ROCCER THAT KIND OF SOUNDS LIKE A.D AND INFUSES HIS SOUND TO THAT A.D. BUT WAIT, THIS gUY WAS JUST A RACIST LAST YEAR. IT DON'T MATTER..................
SO WHAT HAPPENED HERE? WHAT HAPPENED TO THE SHIT FROM THE HOOD? IT LOST IT'S FLAVOR THRU THE gRAPEVINE.

THEN YOU STRESSED, "It's impossible to seperate urban culture from the black identity and influence, the two are too much intermixed."

TELL THAT TO THE CLOSET RACIST. TELL THAT TO THE ESE'S WHO HATE BLAK PEOPLE PERSONALLY, BUT INDULgE IN PREDOMINANT BLAK MUSIC. TELL THAT TO THE CHICANO RAP AFFICIANADO'S WHO LOVE RAP BUT HATE BLAKS.

THEN YOU STRESSED, "So what you sayin is a mexican or a asian could rap, or tag, or use slang, or some shit, but it just ain't the same was when Black people do it?"

TO SOME EXTENT AND IN MOST OCCASSIONS. BUT gRAFFITI'IN'(WHAT YOU CALL TAggIN') IS MOSTLY DONE BY YOUNg ESE'S AND SKATERS. NIggAS RARELY DO THAT SHIT. THE SLANg gOES WITH WORDS EMBRACED BY BLAK FOLK THAT WE AIN'T EVEN SUPPOSE TO USE, MUSH LESS OTHA MUTHA-FUKAS. BUT I'M MOSTLY TALKIN' ABOUT THE MUSIC AND FORMS OF EXPRESSION.

THEN YOU STRESSED, "Of course it ain't the same. But you also implying it's worse because of it."

BEAUTY IS IN THE EYE OF THE BEHOLDER. BUT TAKE A POLL AND LET THE PEOPLE DECIDE. YOUR ANSWER LIES WITHIN' THEY PERCEPTIONS. DON'T PUT IT OFF ON ME.

THEN YOU STRESSED, "So what does "watered down" mean? Worse? Or different?

EITHA OR.

THEN YOU STRESSED, "Cause to you it means worse, since the only legitimate culture is Black people."

WHAT YOU gONNA TELL ME WHAT I THINK? IT'S LIKE MIXXIN' APPLES WITH ORANgES. SO YOU SAYIN' A BLAK MAN CAN MAKE BETTER MEXICAN MUSIC THAN A MEXICAN? THE INTEgRITY OF RAP MUSIC LAYS IN THE BLAK COMMUNITY. IT'S ONLY OBVIOUS THAT'S WHY NIggAS DOMINATE IT AND ARE NURTURED IN IT. MOST OF US LIVE AND BREATHE THAT SHIT. I AIN'T SAYIN' THAT THERE AREN'T EXCEPTIONS TO THE RULE(CAUSE THERE IS), BUT WHAT I'M SAYIN' IS THAT WHILE BROTHAS LIVIN' AND BREATHIN' THIS SHIT, THAT THE "EXPRESSIONS" COME NATURAL, REAL, AND FROM THE HEART AND SOUL, WHILE OTHAS ARE MOSTLY EMULATIN' WHAT THEY SEE OR WHAT'S IN STYLE.

THEN YOU STRESSED, "Who the fuck said I was considerin joining some shit? What? Me? 6 months ago? In a bullshit thread? Off the top of my head? Considering I will never end up in the pen anyways?"

6 MONTHS, 2 DAYS, 1, 6, 1/2 OR THE OTHA, THE POINT IS THAT YOU SHOWED YOUR TRUE COLORS WHEN PUT UNDA PRESSURE. IT'S LIKE IF TWO BIg ASS NIggAS WAS PLAYIN' WITH YOU , SAYIN' THAT YOU KNOW YOU A FAg, AND THEY KEEP NAggIN' YOU AND AT THE END YOU PULL DOWN YOUR PANTS SO THEY CAN STIK IT IN YOUR ASS. INSTEAD OF HOLDIN' YOUR gROUND, YOU gAVE IN AND BUSTED UNDA PRESSURE. SAME PRINCIPLE HERE. YOU SHOULD OF HELD YOUR gROUND. YOU SHOULD OF KEPT YOUR DIgNITY.

There I go what? I didn't understand your statement. A diaspora is a scattering or a seperation. You said "as long as it has the diaspora in it." I wasn't solid as to what you meant to that.

THEN YOU STRESSED, "Who said they was takin the soul out?"

I DID. BUT LET ME gIVE YOU AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT I'M STRESSIN':

See this is gonna happen no matter what. The culture has been watered down when it goes mainstream. The rise of internet Crippism is an example. Some whitey on some message board recently told me not say "sick", but to say "sicc", etc. I asked him why, he said "cause sick is like feelin sick, sicc is like ill". He had no idea whats behind it.

And you look at all the phoneys on the siccness who got names like "Striccly Sicc", etc. But this happens anytime anything goes mainstream. I can't tell you how many white people I heard goin 'Whoaaa get out the way" or "get crunk" recently. I felt like doin some shit but you know it's gonna happen anyways.

So the real issue in the watering down is would you rather have white people jock and copy black rappers, or jock and copy white rappers or mexican rappers? It seems a bit more tied to Black people losing their niche in society. I guarantee if there were less black rappers, and more black doctors, lawyers, etc., it wouldn't be as big a deal when someone from outside the community cuts into the rap scene. In any case, rap is never gonna be taken away from black people.

What matters to me is the music. For example lately I really been feelin A-Wax. It don't got shit to with the fact he's white, just that his style is unique, and supposedly, he done a major bid, got affiliations, whatever. If there were more A-Wax's, and less Eminems, I don't think white rappers would be as big an issue. Also, if more white kids didn't feel guilty or stupid, etc., listening to "white" music, there would be less watering down of Black culture. On one hand, many in the scene today are basically telling kids and people "identify as far away from white as you can". This is the road to legitimacy. Just like you now discount me because of a supposed past racist comment, kids these days are being told they are a joke for being white. Therefore, listening and emulating rap is the path of least resistance.

SO WHAT HAPPENED HERE? WHAT HAPPENED TO THE SHIT FROM THE HOOD? IT LOST IT'S FLAVOR THRU THE gRAPEVINE.
See but this is more a MTV issue than a race issue.

Chicanos/Latinos can make solid rap, and it might be very "Latin", but the invention lies in the hands of Black people. But how far does the process go? Japanese people never invented shit, but they make it better. Are we wrong to call Subarus Japanese cars? I personally feel Sir Dyno. I'd say it's some bangin ass Latin rap. Eventually, it could outgrow or morph into a different type of music. But the black influence will always be there. But I don't attribute something as complex and multi-layered as music to any one race, I think Mozart, to Maximillion, to Chuck Berry, to P.Diddy all have an effect, and all draw from a common pool.

That's true. Mostly when Blacks graffiti, it's about turf boundaries, gang shit, etc., less about a hobby or art. T

"Watered down" is usually not a good way to describe something.

THEN YOU STRESSED, "So what does "watered down" mean? Worse? Or different?

EITHA OR.
See but those words have different implications, if worse, then other cultures don't have a right to make black music, or borrow from black musical elements. If different, then they do.

In the case of a phony, yea. But what kind of musical influences inspired rap, disco, which was inspired by, which was inspired by, etc. There are gonna be elements inserted in the musical tree by other races.

Alright, well we ain't goin nowhere with this. I'm done. Some shit I said off the top of my head on the internet don't necessarily constitute my intent. What I saw was, you had to click up, and who was I gonna click up with. What you saw was, he wants to join some Nazi shit.

black rappers are watering down there own music for white people. so put that shit on them, real speak.

and theres a difference when it comes to some dude crip walkin and tryin to be hard then running and crying when someone else laughs at them. and a white guy rockin tims some kakies and listin to luni or c-bo.

me personaly im with you on that white kids saying crunk shit jumpin out a suped up honda lookin hard. but i just laugh. they follow a trend, that aint me.

influences and events that have happened in my life structure and dictate what i say and feel. not music. that influences the way i dress speak and talk. when your around people that talk and dress a certain way soon you will find your self doing the same. i didnt always listin to rap, i didnt always dress like i did. when i was young i didnt see the shit that went on. i didnt feel it. i didnt here about it. but as i grew up i was exposed to more and more, and got into a life that fit that more and more.

but thats whats made me who i am today. i dont claim shit that im not, i dont claim to be somebody im not. and i dont dress or act how rappers tell me to act or dress and i dont dress or act like mtv viewers and all these white kids do. im me, i speak on me.

i used to a fucking scrub when i was younger because of the people i was around and other influences i had. and as i grew up shit went in a different direction. your either born with heart or your not. it aint about the clothes the streets you walk or how much money you have. its about whats inside you.

you cant learn to be a fighter, or to have then guts to handle bussness when you have to. your either born with it or your not. thats why these white kids that bump nelly and jay-z get checked. cause there trying to fit a image and a life style they think is cool.

its all on a bitch though. ima keep gettin called eminem b-rad sherminator. and ill keep smilin at the cats that just dont know.

Legendary bay area producer / rapper Paris has just released his 5th album "Sonic Jyhad".

You can't get this album in most stores because of the controversial nature if Paris's rap. He talks about real shit like the black experience in Amerikkka, control of hip hop by the media and the truth behind what REALLY happened on 9/11. The production is bumpin too, with some hardcore G-Funk beats. This ain't no backpack east coast shit.

We need to support this album because Paris is one of the only rappers speaking the real shit out there. This will also rattle your trunk so you best fire up your subwoofers and get ready for some real knowledge... http://www.guerrillafunk.com
