aye basically this thread pissed me off alot, for one, you misunderstood alot that i stated probly due to the fact i wasnt statin my opinions in the usual form i do because of the anger and ill fess up to that. i wasnt callin my parents the insecure ignorant bitches i was sayin that to you, the whole idea of stating that you sound like my parents, is, their generation pretty much had no choice but to think like they did because of how society was, and for you to sound the same is degenerative. you said that thats coo to act how i want and do what i want but someday somebodys gonna "test me"? do you think all white people live in a box? i kno how this world works, puttin myself out there as tough and wearin the clothes i do and watever im ready to "be tested", you talk like all black people that talk and act hard scare the shit out of white people, it may be like that where you live but what in the fuck is so scary about black people? and the statements in this thread that you have made are worthless, theyre ignorant, thats just like someone saying" well black people are all broke and cheat on their wives" you just sound racist and prejudice to all white people and i hate racists and prejudice people no matter what color they are and who they hate on. so you making a thread called "degreez of wiggaism" is the same as someone making a thread called "degreez of niggerism" watever the fuck that is you get the point, its gunna offend people
We've talked about Niggerism on this board, niggerism is a culture. Some break away from this culture others don't.... Matter of fact I posted an article a few days ago on Niggerism...

Tell that to someone who thinks white people invented rap. The Beastie Boys were making rap music in the 80's, which was before it was a known part of any culture. I stand by what I said.
First of all, I never said or implied any "fuck rap" mentality. Secondly, how do you figure I am back to "being me" because I don't listen to it as much as I used to? People change in time, I didn't revert back to being anything. I still listen to rap music, just not as much as I used to. Why? Mainly because I like the older style of rap music such as Rappin Ron & Ant Diddly Dog, Early-Mac Dre, Mall, Lynch etc. I had struggled in recent years finding anything that appealed to me the same way those artists did back in the day. Alot of the material I bought recently didn't satisfy me other then maybe a few songs on an entire album.

I said they were rappin' before it was a KNOWN part of any culture, and I still stand by that. Rick Rube and Simmons were lucky to have them as well, you know how many albums they sold? Probably more then any other rap artist at that time.
I never said I didn't listen to rap any more, and if I did, then I take it back. I used past tence when talking about listening to rap music, and I mentioned a "stack of dusty cd's" not because I didn't listen to it anymore, but because it isn't my music of choice right now... and your telling me im being assumptive?

I never said I didn't listen to rap any more, and if I did, then I take it back. I used past tence when talking about listening to rap music, and I mentioned a "stack of dusty cd's" not because I didn't listen to it anymore, but because it isn't my music of choice right now... and your telling me im being assumptive?

Again, I do not remember saying that I don't listen to rap anymore. If I did, then I take it back, that is not true. Yes, at one point I didn't listen to anything, but 1. I still listen to rap and 2. I listen to other types of music that I didn't listen to before, so no, I didn't revert back to anything. I don't have to be "down" with the african-american culture in order to be a true fan of rap music. There is nothing but negetivity from that type of music anyways, its a poison for every african-american child in this nation, you shouldn't pride yourself so much for supporting and defending it.
I can't help it if the music doesn't appeal to me as much as it used to. I don't go out of my way to be down with any type of culture, not white nor black. I just live my life, listen to what I like, and do what I enjoy.
