Harrison has benefited from having played with Peyton Manning for most of his career. T.O. and Moss have played with different Qb's and they still have more TD receptions than Harrison (who you and the gurus say is the best wide receiver in the NFL) LOL

Like I said Moss or T.O. is the best receiver in the game and that's a fact not an opinion from a lousy fan.

Harrison doesn't have they attitude. and he's more consistent then those players have been. not saying he;'s better just understanding why people think it

the topic wasnt even about harrison it was about hall being terribly overrated just because hall has a mouth....he will be a good number 2 for a year then after aso goes he will be burnt just like in atlanta....

are you sure about that? i doubt he goes for a lesser deal then DHALL got and you cant afford TWO 10 million a year CBs......dont you have WAY more pressing needs like a OL and DTs and some RBs?

its not practical and if the raiders DO keep aso long term ill eat my words but its unlikely

WE DON'T NEED RB'S. ALL THE OTHER POSITIONS WILL BE ADDRESSED THROUGH THE DRAFT AND SINCE WHEN HAVE THE RAIDERS BEEN PRACTICAL? YOU WILL EAT YOUR WORDS. AL WILL NOT LET NNAMDI GO.

HE WILL PROBABLY BE SIGNED TO A LONG TERM DEAL BEFORE TRAINING CAMP.

No I wouldn't say the same about Jerry Rice because he's the greatest of all time.... Rice was scoring TD's with Elvis Grbac throwing him the ball.

You don't have to like the logic but to say Marvin Harrison is the best receiver in the NFL is stretching it a bit. He's one of the best but not the best. Physical Db's usually have their way with him and take him out of the game. T.O. or Moss is the best receiver right now!

I find it funny how you call it childish when you were the one who brought up Pac-man/metrics numbers first.

And there ain't no proof in metrics. To me that means more qb's are throwing his way because he can't cover. I don't care about metrics. If he (Pac-man) was a shutdown corner like you claim he is then balls wouldn't be thrown in his direction.

you only have to have 30 passes thrown your way to be in the metrics catargory........DHALL was and is in that catargory every year of his career.....i mentioned that allready.....

only the 3-5 of the top corners in the NFL are not in the metrics catagory........and we can all pretty much name em of the top of our heads year in and year out......sorry but dhall has never been in that catagory so it doesnt do you in justice bringing that shit up....

So what if 30 passes aren't thrown your way? Where Champ Bailey at then? Shut down corners don't have passes thrown their way often. Who has Pac-Man shutdown that makes him so good in your eyes?

I would like to see him matched up against some of the best receivers (T.O., Chad, Moss, Harrison, Holt) in the NFL in man coverage before I call him a shutdown corner.
