They need to release this pigs name ASAP so he can be served some street justice, fuck a court!

It no mystery why black youths have no respect for police or authorities. This shit goes back to the Civil Rights days and it still continues till this day.

Why would this bitch ass pig have his weapon drawn in this situation in the first place??? And the other bitch ass cops trying to snatch up people's cameras to get rid of evidence. They all shady as fuck and watch there own backs even in cold blood murder.

Even if u comply with police/security as this young man may have in this instance, it's still on like that with them.....Most of them just get off on their power/authority and there's plenny of em out there like that.....Anybody that's done time knows what that's really all about.....Hopefully his family gets hefty compensation for this pigs action but it will not bring back his life....R.I.P and let this be a lesson 2 u all, educate yourself and feed your mind...Be a leader and not a follower

On another note the girl who took the footage COULD GET IT!

damn thats fucked up. im sure the family will win the case but its not gonna be heavily reported in the media. cop will lose his job and if he serves any time it wont be long, but the mass public wont know about it. shit like this happens all the time, luckily ppl were recording this time. even then im almost sure the cop wont be treated like a normal civilian and wont get what he truly deserves.... heavy ass pounding in prison.

and on that last note...that vargas girl who recorded one of the videos could definitely get a pounding herself

I just seen the FULL video and I am speechless. That cop really did just shoot that kid while he was being held down. They just showed it on the news. The kid was held down by two officers and the 3rd gets up takes his gun out of the holster and shoots him then puts it back and then looks like he's confused or in shock of what he just did.

This shit is so fucked up, I always wait to see all sides but their ain't no other side to this after that...the kid was under control not fighting at all.

In the news report they call the cop that shot the guy a "2 year veteran." How the fuck are you a veteran after 2 years?? I think rookie would be a much more appropriate term. Maybe they thought he had a weapon or some shit and was reaching for it but either way they fucked up big time. Hopefully they pay for this, a man's life is gone over very little. RIP

I knew this shit was fishy as fuck when tha news first started reporting on it...
sayin that they didnt have footage-security cameras werent recordin-then they did have footage but nothin could be made out-thank god folks had they camera phones cuz Bart PD is fucked and I bet Linton Johnson is gonna wish he never quit his other job @ KNTV or where ever tha fuck he was at before becomin BART spokesperson
