The only thing I`m really happy for in this signing is the circus finally being over. Outside of that, I still think this dude is a self centered bitch. It wasn`t until the 49ers filed tampering charges that they finally get into town to get a deal done. A little ironic to me.

But fuck it now. Dude is a 49er. All I can hope for is that he plays up to his potential and makes not only the pick worth it, but going through all the bullshit to get his dumb ass signed.

hopefully this works out for the 9ers, at least 1 bay team is TRYING to improve, wish I could say the same for my Raiders...

How many recivers become GREAT....What does GREAT consist of?....Crabtree is a big target and he's strong.......He's not scared to go over the middle either....Thats where he makes his living......Crabtree will come in and make an instant impact.....Even if he dosent catch many balls to begin with......The defense still has to focus on him.......Mike Singeltarry is going to mentaly break him down than build him back up to what he wants him to be.......Singeltary wont have someone on the team who thinks they are bigger than the team.......Thats just how things are now in frisco........Crabtree is going to beast out.....

i wonder if the success that the 9ers are having has anything to do with him changing his mind?

maybe he thought the 9ers wasnt gonna do much good this season, and thats why maybe he wanted all that money??

now that there beastin it up, hes like hey, the D is a monster, so with him on offense the 9ers are that much scarier now. i dunno, just a thought

Yeah that's what everyone is sayin....if the 9ers weren't doin as well, and if they didn't have tampering charges filed who knows what would've happened.

I like what Cris Carter said when asked if Crabtree can help the niners this season. Something along the lines of "Crabtree will help the 49ers later this season particularly when they are in playoffs, because they will be in the playoffs".

dont know if its been posted but heres what the performance incentives might be:

qualify for the probowl in 2 of his first four seasons
OR
qualify for one probowl AND be apart of 80% of the offensive snaps during a playoff year.
