Turns out dude was a closet gay. Jesus christ man it's 2016 being gay is just fine. If you're gay there's no reason to hide it any more, no reason to hate yourself, and definitely no reason to lash out at the world and murder. It's astonishing how stupid religions are. They need to go especially these barbaric ones that cannot coexist with Western culture; looking at you Judaism, Christianity and Muslims

nobody would be this interested in what gay people do unless they were most likely gay or had gay thoughts and feelings.

Anyway.. EDJ @EDJ Can you tell us is happening on the grounds there from your perspective?
I think its funny that people who hate they gays spend the most time thinking about gay sex.

That's funny but as soon as I heard of the high death count I figured it was an AR-15 or something similar.

Turns out it was a Sig Sauer MCX carbine. Still kinda boggles my mind you can go to the store and buy one of these:

Here in Arizona it takes about 15 minutes to buy one lol

Walk in to Cabelas, fill out a short digital form. Takes about a minute for the form to clear you. Walk out with your new assault rifle lol

That's a little crazy. Get into a fight all heated, pissed the fuck off, hold up be right back, 20 minutes later got a fucking killing machine.

Idk I'm always conflicted when it comes to guns. On one hand it's a right, on the other is it necessary to have guns like this for sport or whatever? Guns don't kill people people kill people. But these types of guns sure rack up the body count don't they.

Yeah it's pretty insane how easy it is here. I've bought 2 since I've lived here. Still shocked how easy it was. Wasn't even in the store longer than 20 minutes each time. One of the guns I bought at a Cabelas here is a carbine that shoots .45ACP handgun ammo lol that gun can fuck people's world up and buying it was easy as fuck.

The problem is not that it is easy to buy a gun, the problem is the federal government continues to fail when it comes to people with red flags being able to purchase a weapon from a legal business. The FBI had this guy red flagged, the feds failed the victims once again. Does that stop someone who has no red flags? Absolutely not, but it also doesn't stop someone from using a different method to kill. Anyway Obama looks like a chump right now in his public address...

NSA is so overwhelmed with data, it's no longer effective, says whistleblower | ZDNet

That's great and all but has nothing to do with FBI firearm database, those who have been under investigation, or anyone who is mentally ill (which in this case I guarantee shooter was not flagged as mentally ill).
The woman that was just murdered in San Diego by her discharged marine boyfriend didn't die by a gun. People die every day at the hands of assholes.
So what are you saying? There should have been legislation in place that would have flagged him as mentally ill and taken away his ability to purchase guns, but that it wouldn't have mattered because he was an asshole who would have found a way to kill anyway?

It 100% is a problem with how easy it is. There's multiple states in this country where it's like how I just talked about, where it takes literally no more than 15 minutes to buy an assault rifle. Those red flags might be easier to see if the process took longer than 15 minutes. The guy in this situation lives in Florida and purchased his firearms in Florida, which is just like here in Arizona, the process is damn near as simple as buying groceries. One of the reasons Florida is nicknamed "The Gunshine State" is because of how easy the process is there.

Throw in a waiting period and maybe those red flags might have been seen. At the very least a little bit of time for the FBI database to at least say "Need more information" or something of the like. But 15 fucking minutes? The shit is stupid.

How much was that gun though? Dude probably paid like fucking $5,000 for that shit. People tend to leave that out. They make it seem like anybody having a bad day can walk in and buy an assault rifle and take people out. I couldn't even buy a case of .223 ammo that shits like $1.50 per bullet

Or how about having the data readily available so the time it takes is irrelevant. Not like the FBI can't make a database to be shared with gun store owners.
