exactly, thered only be a debate here when onethinks the others arguement is bs.
im sayin that if you were in the guys mind and believed what the guy already beleives then you would make the same decisions he would.
we are all conditioned the see reality a certain way by our own selves.
so really, everybody is right and everybody is wrong.
i was conditioned to believe in christianity, and i rejected it once i was old enough to see it was no diffrerent than santa clause. ALMOST everyone else on this board i have asked bitches away from questions like these, and changed the subject, so i wll put you to the test hemp:
1) why do you no longer believe in santa clause, or the easter bunny, or the tooth fairy?
2) if someone came to you and said they were the messiah and to follow them without asking any questions as a test of your faith, what would you do?
3) why do you accept your single faith and reject the thousands of others that have existed? you should have a compelling argument why none of these others are correct (since you think the burden of proof is on the non-believer)
4) what percentage of practicing christians do you honestly think, think that they are going to hell?
5) if someone came up to you today and said they had met a man who spoke to god and transcribed his teachings in a book and performed miracles, would you believe him and follow all of the teachings and spread them as the truth?
edit: i look forward to you answers, and anyone else who wants to take the pepsi challenge is more than welcome.
