When you're in a building standoff situation, aren't you supposed to do whatever it takes to preserve human life, like get all the civilians out of the building and negotiate w/ ths suspect. Aren't you only supposed to send in your people when its the last straw. This wasn't the case, they weren't in there negotiating till late night and shit. Instead, they just came in there acting on impluse, blasting, and their own people got blasted because of that. Suspect wound up getting a +20.

Police could not have issued an arrest warrant immediately for Mixon because investigators first would have needed to gather another sample of his DNA for comparison purposes

If they had his blood sample since 2002, why in the fuck would they need another DNA sample to compare it again?
