I didn't see this as all that close with a 10-8 round thrown in there. Matthysee won that fight clean, 96-93 for Alexander is a disgusting score. Matthysee threw more, lander much harder, and put Alexander on the seat of his trunks.

Folks get criticized for never leaving their home countries but they come to the states and have to do the same thing that Americans complain about having to do overseas or in South America and that's score a KO to win.

Sturm will never leave Germany to fight he loves the home cooking. Devon needs to sit down on his punches, stop with all the worthless movement in the ring, and I'm sick of all the yelling he does well punching. I had the fight a draw or and one point win by Matthysse because of the knockdown in the 4th. Matthysse needs to stop giving away early rounds and he would still be unbeaten. That heavyweight fight was wack as hell until the knockout. Cloud is a workhorse he needs a big fight.. K-9 vs Kirkland or Saul would be all action. Good boxing weekend.

completely agree.....Matylsee (sp?) got robbed. That heavy weight fight was boring as fuck. Devon was out punched and completely wobbled. They scored him like he was champion. Bullshit!

and just to make everyone feel better he got $1.3 MILLION for that shit last night. Thank HBO for that one.

And because HBO blew their load as far as money goes on Alexander and bradley (bradley's next fight will be $1.3 million as well), there isn't much money left for their yearly budget so Hopkins vs Dawson will likely be on PPV because HBO has no more money to spend. thanks hbo

I just re-watched the fight and Devon won rounds 2,3,5,6, and 9. Matthysse won rounds 4,7,8, and the 10. Plus the extra point for the knockdown and round one could've gone either way. I just don't see a robbery at all. Matthysse gave up too many early rounds and losing the 9th hurt him.

I watched it Sturm won 3 or 4 rounds out of the 12. Macklin worked his ass. I'm hearing they might rematch in Nov. 2011. Macklin that fight clear. Dallas Jr on Friday night fights got rob bad too.
