Broner AKA 'The Can Man' because anybody CAN get it.. Will not get a reality check anytime soon if he stays in the gym and keep improving on his skills. Defense, hand-speed, foot-speed, timing, punching power, showmanship, and he has a I don't give a fuck attitude that I like and most people hate. Broner can become a superstar if he keeps on winning and KO'ing people.

Weights From Cincinnati: Broner 133.5*, Escobedo 130

By Jake Donovan

Adrien Broner already declared during fight week that Saturday's showdown with Vicente Escobedo will be his last at 130 lb.

The scales dictate that he has no choice but to make good on that promise.

One promise Broner won't be able to keep is that he will leave the ring with his title still intact. The unbeaten super featherweight titlist was a whopping 3.5 lb over the divisional limit for Saturday's main event at the US Bank Arena in his Cincinnati hometown.

Escobedo came in at exactly 130 lb. Whether or not he will still go through with the HBO-televised bout is not immediately known, as manager Rolando Arellano is furious over the defending titlist's disrespecting of the contracted terms of the fight.

Broner has two hours to make weight, though most commissions disallow a fighter to attempt to shed off that much weight in such a short amount of time. Chances are that his title reign officially ends today, with the belt only to be at stake for Escobedo.

The televised co-feature pits unbeaten welterweight Keith Thurman against Orlando Lora, with both fighter making their HBO debut. Both weighed in at 147.5 lb, within the contracted limit for their 10-round contest.

Red hot prospect Omar Figueroa will have his fight with Dominic Salcido shown on HBO via tape-delayed clips, air time permitting. Figueroa weighed in at 134.5 lb, considerably lighter than Salcido who tipped the scales at 136.5 for their eight-round lightweight contest.

Less rapping and more training ass clown Broner 3.5 over..

they are saying if broner weighs more than 140 tomorrow morning the fight is off.

he kinda screwed himself cuz if he would have made weight he could have rehydrated to 150 or whatever and it wouldn't have mattered. now he's going to have to monitor his weight all night and probably not drink as much fluids and eat like he normally would.

hopefully he cuts it, I can't take another cancelation!
