I don't know if it was more so that Khan fought like a wreckless idiot or Danny Garcia is actually that good.
I think it's more so a horrible game plan by Khan. Roach should have corrected him. Just because it was working doesn't mean it wasn't dangerous.

I admire Garcia though. I just don't know how he would fair against the rest of the top 140s.
We'll see though...

garcia is a pretty good fighter but khan should have been more cautious about them wide looping shots, that's what hit him in the first place. I kept seeing Garcia land with looping rights I just had that feeling he was gonna get caught, them boom landed a looping left.

But in the end, if he have a shitty chin you have a shitty chin, any fight for Khan he could be KO'd all it takes is one big shot. He's got all the other tools just doesn't have the chin, that's always been his weak point.

BTW, that Ref cam is awesome, they need to use that for every fight!

The ref cam showed that Khan was out on his feet. Bad year for Roach as a training Manny, Linares and Khan all lost and Chavez is fighting Martinez next. Khan needs a new trainer who will teach him inside fighting and defense.

don't think you can blame roach for khan losing. I mean, what happened to khan before he hooked up with roach? He was KO'd within 60 seconds.

I think Khan was stupid because he was fighting angry. He was mad at the Garcia's and promised a KO. He fought emotional instead of boxing and using his reach, like he normally does. He came out gunning and lol that's not smart when you have a glass chin!

Roach isn't really doing anything to improve his fighters.
I know I'm not in the camp but he doesnt seem to be making them any better. They seem to just be using their natural talent and staying on par, while other fighters are improving.

What the hell was the game plan anyways?

Ya, that ref cam was cool. Fair stoppage. Bayless isn't going to put his rep on the line hoping Khan can run track for the rest of the round. Khan will always be a marketable fighter though.
