FNF is underrated as fuck I watch it every week, they've had a couple semi big names on this year. Breidis Prescott (I was at that fight), Demarcus Corley, Arreola, Pawel Wolak (Hes big to polish kids)

no more friday night fights after next weak :(

makes me wish for those wednesday night fights
Yeah I hate the whole "seasons" thing for FNF, but I have to say when they had WNF especially towards the end they had a ton of diluted ass cards and mostly mismatched main events. I'd rather one show every Friday to the shows they're having now.

.. also Demetrius Andrade is taking a monstrous step up in the last FNF of this season.

Weights: Agbeko is Slightly Over, Abner Mares at 117.5

By Ryan Burton, at the scale

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nev. - The weights are in for Saturday night's big main event. The finalists of Showtime's bantamweight tournament, Joseph "King Kong" Agbeko (28-2, 22KOs) and Abner Mares (21-0-1, 13KOs), will clash over twelve rounds for the IBF and WBC silver bantamweight titles. The fight will take place at The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nev.

IBF champion Joseph Agbeko failed to make weight on both of his allotted attempts. On the second attempt he was slightly over the limit at 118.2 pounds. His opponent Abner Mares, the WBC silver bantamweight titlist, came in a ripped and ready 117.5 pounds. Agbeko has two hours to lose the weight.

Agbeko and Mares were scheduled to meet last April 23, but the fight was postponed when Agbeko was injured moments after his arrival at Los Angeles International Airport for fight week. Doctors diagnosed the champion with sudden onset sciatica, a back injury.

Tua lost to Barrett by decision. Damn I was going to put money on that cuz they had Barrett ad a 4-1 underdog even though he basically whooped Tua the first time but I figured since it was in new Zealand Tua would get the decision for sure. Ironically I'm reading a lot of people who thought Tua won and he dropped Monte late and nearly knocked him out.
