Why wouldn't he be able to? He's only had 1 fight at 135. His last 7 weigh in's were 134, 130, 127, 126, 126, 126, 124.

UPDATE: Pavlik collapses in court, taken to St. E's

Kelly Pavlik was taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center in Boardman after he had an apparent seizure on his way into the courtroom in Canfield Friday morning.
The former middleweight boxing champion made a grunting noise and then collapsed, according to Vindicator reporter Kalea Hall who saw Pavlik on the floor and shaking.
Mahoning County Sheriff's deputies came to his aid.
He was told, "Breath, Kelly, breath."
He is now being attended to by emergency personnel.
Judge Scott Hunter asked the media to leave the courtroom for Pavlik to be attended to.
He was to appear in court this morning for an pretrial on a theft charge. His pretrial will be continued again.
This was the third attempt at a pretrial for the 31-year-old former boxing champion. Two others were continued.
A cab driver accused Pavlik of failing to pay a $25 cab fare in the early morning hours of Sept. 18 after he was taken to his Canfield home from a bar on South Meridian Road.

Mayweather vs Guerrero set to hit the ring again

Mayweather vs Guerrero was a fight driven by the competitive nature of both of their trainers which happen to be the fathers. Their ego's where so huge that they constantly got on each others nerves and created great reality tv, during the promotions, that Nuvotv made a boxing reality show fueled on the rivalry of the two trainers. During the filming, the two got into it almost everyday, from pose downs to pushups. With the shows airing in May of this year, fans have created another fantasy that they want to see, Floyd Mayweather Sr. vs Ruben Guerrero.
Negotiations for the event are in place, both men are ready and willing to do it, now networks and sponsors will fight over the rights to air an event. Floyd Mayweather jr. and Robert Guerrero could not be reached for comment on the event.

Oscar Delahoya thinks it's time for Ortiz to retire from boxing

It was all good just two years ago, then one check left later and Oscar Delahoya is ready to pull the plug. Victor Ortiz has suffered three knockout losses in a row, and has never been in a boring fight, but Delahoya is seeing something in Ortiz, that makes him feels Ortiz should quit. Too many fans watching it seemed like he didn't want to get up and didn't make a real attempt to try. Maybe he should just model or do movies for a living because this is truly too dangerous for him now.
I really feel V @vicious ortiz should call it a day and enjoy his young life.

Guerrero made too much money fighting Floyd to hate him. just like when Mayweather fought Mosley, before the fight he said "after this we all gonna eat at the dinner table". Bosses do Boss things!
