Well its easy to solve the mystery with those numbers lynch should be close if not already a millionair correct? That's almost 5 mil in record sales if u getting $7 per sale so lynch sould probably seen at least a million of that right?

I think had Ced came in here to defend himself at the height of the drama the members in here would have taken Lynch's side. There is nothing Ced could of said or posted proof of that would of changed anybody's mind back then. Lynch would of came in and rebutted in some form or fashion & made everybody in here a believer.
Not to mention that people got to see Lynch's track record after Black Market and that even on his own dude lacks business sense and has not put himself in a better position. He is even dissing Tech-9 saying he isnt gettin paid or enough attention. Lynch has hung himself (pun intended) in the rap game.

you gotta remember, lynch was young and this rap income was his only way of paying rent, buying food, etc.....as much as it sounds like he should have made, fact is, he was probably living about as well as someone with a $20/hr job...
For some reason I never got the impression that Lynch had a large amount of money....im sure he was comfortable for a few stretches and didnt need to sell features (IE: hard times=like the whole Lionfromthelake collabo hahaha)
I know more than a few people that have said Lynch wont answer the phone or always makes excuses about doin verses or only replies with weird random text messages that dont make sense...even when there is plenty of money on the table

So i dont think he ever became "rich"...but i think he made enough to turn down a shitload of verse knocks

I think lynch is just bitter because his first real solos sold a million copys and it lools like he only walked away with $250k instead of a couple mil like he would of if he did it indepndantly. At least black market gave hime a career I guess if lynch wasn't rapper he'd probably be working at aple b's rt now

Yea I wouldn't be surprised if he was bitter. Ever since he had the "incident" with Black Market, he has constantly been hearing how that was his best work and, like you said, those albums sold the best of anything he's every done. Whether or not it was his fault he didn't get the money he should have, that would be a bitch to be reminded about ever single day by fans, peers etc.

^^^ On top of that theres no way Black Market can be nearly as successful as they were in the 90's unless they give some major promotion to there artists but cant see that happening. Good luck to Cedsing and all the artists on the label though would be nice if Sac was back on the map

It would be nice to hear how black market started I swear I wouldn't of even known sac had black people if it wasn't for black market back in the day lol. I only would ever see my cousins super ritch white part of town when I was growing up. Black market was one of the only lables I put on automatic buy when id be looking for new shit in the 90s

Old school Siccness members are more mature now (with the exception of a few LOL!) Plus the drama is all water under the bridge, so now is a better time for Ced to clear the air and put out those small remaining fires that are still going after the big fire has been extinguished.

In the end, it's nobody's business. Very much like Death Row Records, who really gives a shit about all the behind the scenes drama. Just give us good music, miss me with the rest.
yeah... there were so many dick riders on this website 10 years and 6 months ago

@ Ced

Some dude came on here and posted awhile back claiming he was in talks with you about selling you the rights to Sicx's "Deer Hunter" album and you putting it out on Blackmarket. Is there any truth to that?

Furthermore have you spoken recently to any of the former Blackmarket artists?

Also do you still have any unreleased material from that 90's era and if so will you be releasing it?
