I agree...if I call and someone can't speak the language at a business, they have no business answering the phone. For me, there's this broad that works at a restaurant here that answers the phone and always fucks up my order. I finally started going in and ordering in person, physically pointing out what I wanted, and she still fucked it up. I finally gave up and asked for a manager. He wasn't there. Of course. Fuck that.
