so i got a htc hero and im tryna put this pic of pinky for the wall paper

and when i select the pic i get the pic and a green little square to edit it and i cant enlarge it to the size of the screen. any tips?
also how do i delete and app from the phone?

Cause its not a JPG, save it to that format and try again..
and you go to the market>Downloads>click on whatever you want removed and hit uninstall
or if your talking about the stock apps like Nascar and Sprint T.V your going to have to root your phone, I wrote directions on how to do this with the hero along with removing stock apps in here.
