Can someone explain how Google talks work?

Its basically just an IM app that doesnt count against your txt message plan. If you know other people with android phones or who are logged into their gmail most of the day, you can hit them up on this.

Not gmail specifically but a google account. Now that I think about it, I believe GTalk is available for most smart phones.

I rooted my htc hero manually ..through command prompt...took me a while to get it done..but got it done..lol

a month later...they had the pre-kitchen ..i was glad to root my phone the hard way though..
