That's why I think Pacquiao should be next if he beats Ortiz. Berto has been fighting southpaws and knocking them out. Pac wouldn't be as easy as those dudes he knocked out though but he's got the experience.
to be clear he's knocked out one southpaw in quintana. urango he won a dreadful decision over and the best southpaw he faced collazo arguably beat him so its not as if he's destroying southpaws
this fight will show if Berto is ready to fight the elite fighters. Ortiz already failed his real test. Honestly I think Berto should stay away from Manny, he's not ready yet even though I wouldn't mind seeing it happened.
I'm still not sold on Berto yet. Good fighter for sure but I had Collazo beating him. I guess Collazo fought a few days ago too, good to see him back in action.
