Yep, they are turning states witness on him. The cops applied pressure to someone who was in the car with Hernandez and they gave up all the info. Now this cat may be involved in the killing of 3 people and an attempt on another?

Having kids and getting money change some, but others cant shake the street life. There's a lot of cats right now playing professional sports who are still thuggin it out.

TMZ has obtained a photo of Aaron Hernandez throwing up gang signs often associated with the Bristol Bloods street gang in Connecticut ... while dressed head-to-toe in red clothing.

The photo was taken approximately 6 years ago, when Aaron was 17-years-old ... and a senior at Bristol Central High.

Aaron was long-rumored to be a member of the gang ... and now, with this photo -- combined with the "blood" tattoo spotted on his hand during his arraignment -- the doubt has seemingly been erased.

FUCK YOU
Conn. man arrested on N.Attleboro gun charge lived at home of Hernandez's uncle

BRISTOL, Conn. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- Police in Bristol, Conn. arrested a man on fugitive from justice charge for possessing a firearm in violation of Mass. law while in North Attleboro on the morning of 27-year-old Odin Lloyd's murder.

According to an affidavit from Mass. State Police Trooper Eric Benson, 27-year-old Carlos Ortiz admitted to investigators he had a firearm while in the town on or about the morning of June 17.

Benson said Ortiz has a criminal record and was on probation while in possession of the gun. Ortiz was ordered held on a $1.5 million bond. He waived extradition to Mass.

Court paperwork shows Ortiz lived and was arrested at the same Bristol home as Hernandez's uncle. The home was searched by police Wednesday.

Bristol Police Lt. Jack Michaud confirmed to FOX 25 that his department has been in touch with and have assisted investigators from the Bristol County District Attorney's office.

"Since last week, the Bristol Police Department and the New Britain State's Attorney's office have, at the request of authorities in Massachusetts, been assisting in their investigation into the facts and circumstances surrounding the homicide of Odin Lloyd," read a statement from Brian Presleski, State's Attorney for the Judicial District of New Britain.

Officials said they have no further comment related to Ortiz's arrest as an investigation is ongoing. Court documents related to Ortiz's arrest were sealed Wednesday.

Former Patriots TE Aaron Hernandez was held without bail following his arrest Wednesday on six charges, including murder, in Lloyd's death. He is being held at the Bristol County House of Corrections in North Dartmouth, Mass.

Hernandez is a native of Bristol, Conn.

They searched his house again too. Somebody's snitchin I bet told who the other dude is and where he hid the gun in his house. I'm fuckin Columbo
I'm startin to wonder if the cameras actually caught it all from diff angles and these guys he was with are getting picked off.
The earlier reports detailed how many cameras are recording out there and one camera saw the car pull into the industrial area, and then driving off but they don't mention anything about catching the shooting. They spent about a week going through these feeds before they brought him in. I wonder if they actually have the murder on tape and everyone involved is fucked.

IDK what the protocol is but if you cut a deal as a witness don't they keep your name out of it until the trial starts?

they are probably holding the names of the witnesses so they can try to get them to testify, and not instead get killed by someone affiliated with the "gang." also, it seems that they are trying to build an extremely large case involving multiple murders and lots of different people. they're probably not even sure where the case is going yet.

all that being said, someone wanna help explain how the evidence against Hernandez is closer to "circumstantial" than factual?
